“clean and relaxing”

We have stayed at this hotel 2 times the food is excellent, very clean and well kept, very attentive staff. The only complaint about the hotel is they have hard beds and could use a little more nightly entertainment at the hotel. Overall very pleased.

“I LOVED THIS RESORT!!!!!!”

I was absolutely amazed with this resort. It was beautiful, clean, relaxing and had a lot of things to offer. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The only thing that I feel could improve is the comfort of the beds. Even though I like a firm mattress, I felt the beds were a little too hard. This is minor, and I am not complaining, but thought it should be mentioned as there are others who may benefit from this information. Other than this, everything else was spectacular. I liked the food, the drink selection at the bars and enjoyed the overall surroundings. I have never been so relaxed on a vacation. I did utilize the 24 hour room service twice - this provided a convenient way to get a nighttime snack after arriving back to the resort from the clubs. The location of the resort was great also. It was only a 10 or 15 minute walk to the night clubs and shopping. If you are in good walking condition, you won't need a bus or cab to get to the clubs or malls. And even if a bus is required, it is very inexpensive and there is a bus stop right in front of the resort. I enjoyed the Italian and Oriental restaurants on the resort grounds. Be advised, there is a dress code for men and reservations are required, but it is totally and completely worth it and is part of the all-inclusive package. I would go back to this resort in a heartbeat and plan to go again next year. I absolutely loved it and was sad to leave.

“Fabulous Resort. Must Go!”

Fabulous hotel. This is my place from now on. I have been to many all inclusives on many island in the Caribbean, and this one in Cancun is by far the best! Reasonable priced and goes beyond any expectation I had. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are great, the premier building is right on the beach. I have never been to a hotel that was kept so clean. The food was great, the pools where wonderful and well maintained. They even cleaned the beach chairs with cleaning fluid everynight. I have never been to a place that was so immaculate. I think it is rated # 15 , however I think it should be rated # 1.

“Great hotel”

We had a great experience staying at this hotel the beginning of February. The service of all the employees was exceptional. All the food was good, but not great, and unfortunately there was no Mexican restaurant at the hotel. The Italian restaurant was definitely the best. The room was spacious, beautiful, always clean, and all rooms had a ocean view; even though we chose not to stay in an upgraded room. There was always plenty of alcohol in the drinks and the pool bar had the best tequila ever. After walking up and down the beach, we noticed that our hotel had the best beach and not too many chairs crowded together. Definitely take the buses, not taxis. The best souvenir place was in Market 28 downtown. Don't exchange your money at the airport, there are better rates at banks. We would stay here again if we return.

“Fabulous Mother Daughter Spring Break Trip”

My 14 year old daughter and I had a wonderful time. We came to relax and spend quality mother daughter time. This was the perfect resort. The beach was amazing. We spent most of our time just laying out at the pool and beach. The activity team at the pool really made our visit enjoyable. We participated in some of the activities and enjoyed watching others. Benjamin was our favorite but all of them were enjoyable. We were able to dine at all the restaurants at the resort. We had wonderful meals the entire stay. The resort is so clean. We were amazed at how many times a day we saw staff members cleaning whether it was the floors or the table umbrellas. We will definitely come back again. We had an amazing trip!

Great hotel with nice restaurants, bars and pools. Located on the beach, walking distance to some tourist shopping. Loved this vacation! Just one note... The two a la carte restaurants have an age limit; you can not bring kids yonger than 12. Inconvenient for us, but the buffé restaurant was so good, so it did not matter much in the end...

“Cleanest Ever!!!”

Grand Park Royal Cancun Caribe was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at! We've been to Cancun and Riveria Maya 4 times...by far I would would return to this hotel - it was the best! Stay in the Royal Tower the view was fantastic!! Stop in the RT Lounge and say hello to Pablo!

“Fun Under the Sun”

Excellent property, excellent staff and excellent food. This was our second trip to this all inclusive and we can not wait to return again.
