“Very nice place”

The hotel was only a 5 min bus ride from the center where all the clubs and shopping are at. It was very nice and kept up. Not the newest place but very well taken care of. It seemed a little slow the weekend we were there which made it nice to get some quiet time. Only complaint is the Sushi bar took forever. 2 nights in a row it took almost 30 minutes just to get 8 or 10 pieces of sushi. Others thought this as well. Overall a great place.

“Experience best that expected”

Just came back from a trip here and the hotel was great. Restaurants and buffets are pretty good (the best one are the Cocoa and the Mediterranean). Pool and the beach are awesome. We got a room in front of the beach, which made our experience even more worthwhile. Would definitely come back to this hotel. Employees and bar tenders where always helpful and tried to help us if we had any problems. Also, Aquaworld is fairly close, so you'll be able to enjoy all the fun activities (jet skiing, snorkeling, etc).

“Great time in Cancun!”

The hotel was gorgeous! I loved staying in the pyramid in the garden view room! Our room was cleaned everyday and loved having the wake up calls when requested.

“Will definitely go back!!!”

This place was wonderful! The staff were all very friendly and the grounds were beautiful! There were many choices of restaurants to eat meals and the food was very good. We will definitely go back!

“I.N”

this was my second time to this resort.Great service, super clean and everyone was very polite. It was full of college students and it made it even more entertaining than the 1st time. Loud hotel, full of life, would not recommend to ppl who need a relaxing quiet vacation. Avoid december and spring break cuz it gets crazy there, but its super fun. There was a party every day in the lobby let alone outside :) great experience.

“Anniversary trip....”

Our stay at the Grand Oasis was wonderful. If your stay include 4 nights or more I recommend taking a tour or book a daily activity because eventually you will get bored at the resort doing the same thing everyday. The only two downfalls were the food and alcohol because the alcohol is watered down no matter how much you tip the bartenders and we tried every bar and it all were watered down. The food at every restaurant were bland and sort of the same food at all the restaurants and we had to go out on the strip twice to get some good food although we had all inclusive at our resort. Overall we had a nice time.

“The Grand Oasis ROCcKS!!!!!!”

I pleasantly surprised! I was a bit scared from some of the reviews.no complainants whatsoever the entire week ! We had 3 couples that went and it was wonderful! The only thing annoying were the teenagers over at the Oasis Side but they stayed at the pools closer to their hotel! THANK GOD!evenings it was like "Girls Gone Wild"drunk, puking, passed out mess!! DO NOT GET STUCK OVER AT THAT HOTEL!!! My friend had talked to 2 other couples that had made the mistake of getting reservations over at the Oasis because it was cheaper! They were miserable! saying the teens that were there where on spring break from Canada...and were breaking things, just out of control! .I did personally see one morning an area blocked off with caution tape because of a restaurant window was busted out But thank god these kids didn't have a "GOLD" VIP bracelet like we wore from our "GRAND OASIS" motel. If you have the Gold Bracelet you can go anywhere...the teens could not get into our restaurants or our Bars or the VIP Lounge!!! at the doors checking your wrist band! I read that the drinks were watered down & low shelf liquor. Nope there was everything we wanted! favorite bar was the HUT (get hotdogs and hamburgers) (AWESOME bartenders!) Also bar that you go down the steps to get to ...kinda hidden and the restaurant sits on the ocean as well. These guys super strong drinks as well and even went and found some Jim Beam for one of us!! The food was amazing! Bars opened at 10am! Woo Hoo!!

“5 STUDENTS FROM LONDON”

I stayed in the Grand Oasis Hotel from the 21st-29th March 2012. It was amazing! We only went for spring break but stayed in the Grand as the normal Oasis was fully booked but that was lucky for us! for only a couple hundred extra the Grand is MORE than worth it. Everything is free (all inc) wheras all inc at the normal Oasis didn't include all the restaurants ( even the lobster and steak restaurant was all inc and the vip bar which served very strong drinks as the pool bars one are watered down unless u tip them) Had no problems at all. everyone was friendly and felt very safe whilst there. The nightlife is amazing in the strip, as it was spring break we bought a wristband from our travel agent so we paid a package deal for the clubs for the week which would have worked out cheaper. This hotel is especially amazing from spring break as ders so much to do during the day and everyone from other hotels pay to come ours. it was still be amazing if it werent spring break as theres entertainment at night like a micheal jackson show etc. But defo stay in the GRAND oasis as we heard bad things about the normal Oasis.

“Love the Grand Oasis Cancun”

This was my second time visiting this hotel. This time was for my honeymoon and my husband and I loved it. The all inclusive part is so easy and makes the experience and stay at the Grand Oasis even better. We will be back again.

“Graduation Vacation”

I just stayed at the Grand Oasis Cancun for a week with my best friend. I had just graduated from my university and wanted to go on a small "Graduation Vacation." We were both suprised by how the hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was super friendly and the grounds were very well kept and landscaped. And the hotel had EVERYTHING available at your fingertips. We decided to go for the all-inclusive option and even in one week, we were unable to eat at every place on the grounds. There was plently to do and see. There was always music playing, entertainers dancing, and activites for everyone of any age. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and will definitely plan a trip back.
