We stayed here for a week and never left the property. The staff is very attentive everywhere you go. The property itself, the lobby, restaurants, etc could use some updating, especially the "Sports Bar Area." It is right off the kiddie pool and the kids are running in and out of there making the floors and the cushions wet, etc. That whole area needs to be revamped. It was not well thought out. That is one thing to watch out for. All the flooring is very slick, and I mean slick. Especially if it get's wet. I was told several people have fallen and broken bones. Be very careful everywhere you walk. The pool is a little small for the size of the resort. We loved our suite, beach view and staff. Even though it was spring break, the resort was fairly quiet. There is nightly entertainment, yoga classes, volleyball and more. The gym is nice and clean and is the spa. There is a little candy store which could use some improvement. Not much candy and now they started charging for ice cream which seems weird. The food and drink was the best we have had at an all inclusive. The beach area is lovely and well cared for. Water sports right off the beach. There are fresh tacos and another food cart open for lunch right by the pool. The store is not stocked well and is extremely over priced. We will not hesitate to go back! I am giving it a 4 rather than a 5 just do to the few things I mentioned. We felt very safe there as well. It's beautiful!
