“EXCELLENT, BEAUTIFUL”

There was always staff around gor your every need. Loved how they catered to children. Our grandson who was 4 years old loved it alot. There was always entertainment for them and also for the adults. Very impressive!!

“Had a great time”

The four of us had a great holiday at this hotel and the supervisor at front desk was outstanding to us at getting our room. Fily in Maria's was excellent service and made us our sexy coffees every visit. Maria's was excellent food everytime we ate there. Rafeal in the Albatros was great looking after us taking our plates back to the tables and ensuring our drinks were always ordered. We had a great time by the pool with Beyonce and the activity people who treated us well and make apoint of going around and getting to know you. The Bar by the beach was outstanding and we had a great time overhall. This hotel was very very clean and if you ask for something is it done.

This was our 2nd time at the Grand Caribe Real and we loved our stay here again. Our welcome was amazing as they new we were returning customers. It was nice to see some of the same staff from our previous stay. The cleanliness continues to be the best we've ever seen. Our a la carts were also amazing. We found the food to be the best comparing to all the other resorts we have been to. Our favorite is still Maria's. Our waiter, Beto who we had serve us last year and we requested this yeart did an incredible job. We were once again very impressed with the service & the way we were treated. The Steak & Seafood a la cart was also a magnificant experience & meal. We enjoy sitting outside in the evening having our dinner and enjoying the view. We continue to recommend this resort to other couples looking for a quality vacation at a reasonable price.

“Gran Caribe Real - PERFECT family resort!!”

This is the untimate family resort - the kids club is incredible. Large facility with lots for the kids to do all day, new mini golf course, 2 kid pools, one with a pirate ship to play on and slide down, bigger slides coming out of a castle, trampoline, splashpad - fabulous! The game room for the older kids is a nice touch too! Food - honestly, I have one picky kid and he found something great all the time. There is a theme every night so while it may look similar to the night before, it will taste complete different. The a la carte's are over the top incredible. Truely chef inspired top quality food, presentation is incredible, staff unbeatable. Main pool and beach have many many many loungers and cabanas. Bar staff is plentiful and always remembers what you ordered! 6 of us travelled - two kids, two parents and tow grandma's - there was something for everyone!!

This hotel and services is GREAT if you have kids. I am a single adult and would prefer, next time to stay at an 'adults only' place

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Variety of choice for food (I would recommend the restourants that you have to make a reservation at). Great beach (I would say the best on the strip). Public washrooms are clean.
