“What a great place!!”

The Gran Caribe was absolutely outstanding!! The food was phenomenal. The service was prompt and friendly. The bartenders took care of us. We met people from all over the world. Overall I was very pleased with the atmosphere, service, and food at the Gran Caribe. If you are looking for something very upscale I would suggest The Royal next door. That place will blow your mind!!

This hotel is a great value for the money, The food, service, accomodations, atmosphere, and, cleanliness is superb. Everyone is eager to please, whether they are tipped or not. English is clearly spoken and understood, for the most part.

“Wonderful vacation!”

The Gran Caribe is all about service. Whether it's room service or being served lunch at the pool, it's all wonderful. The hotel is spotless, there are crews cleaning constantly. The food is typical buffet food, but they also offer ala carte items. The made to order omelets are good. The location is perfect, the hotel is very pretty. Our only complaint would be that the beach is not suitable for long walks. We would definitely go back to Gran Caribe.

“I would recommend it”

Hotel was very nice. They had many activities if you chose to participate. The service was excellent. Maria's restaurant was very good. Only complaint would be cold and slightly below average food at the buffet restaurants. Beach was nice and better than the surrounding beach front properties.

“Very impressed”

This was my first trip to Cancun and I could not have picked a better resort. The beach was huge, beautiful, and clean; the bars and restaurants had great service and fresh food; and the staff was excellent. I couldn't believe how helpful and friendly everyone was. The only downside was that activities like parasailing and jet skiing weren't available at our hotel and we had to travel about a mile to get to them, but that got us out exploring the rest of the area so it turned out to be fine.

“Very Very Happy with the hotel, Can't wait to go back next summer”

hotel was wonderful 5 stars all the way...couldn't be more excited about the trip I went on. People were so nice, food was good. Overall 2 thumbs up. Will go again next summer and stay at the same hotel. Highly recommend to familes. Alot of activities for adults and children.

“It was a really nice hotel”

WE really injoyed staying at this hotel. The best restraunt was Albatros. One thing that I didn`t like was the swimming pool. There were only one middle sized pool and one little pool.

The service was excellent. The room was very comfortable. No complaints at all. The service is really good. I had the most awesome experience in this hotel. the food was good, the drinks, and the entertainment was excellent as well. The location of this hotel is very nice. The beach is very clean, and they treat you like royalty.
