Very nice and clean property. Staff are so attentive and hard working. Lots of vegetarian food options in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of bars with variety of drinks and liquor available. Very nice and clean beach front resort with fancy pool and cabanas, dedicated pool for children. Easily accessible from airport and downtown Cancun. Allowed us early check in by 3-4 hours. Highly recommend for someone with a family or even if its just girls trip or boys trip.

Great resort to bring your young family. Lots of fun things to do with the kids. The food is good and the service is great. The only negative I would mention is the fact that people reserve beach chairs for hours with use. Very frustrating when trying to enjoy the pool or beach. There needs to be a better system in that regards.

Not too bad of a place rooms clean, maids kept the rooms cleaned and stocked and always offered if there was anything else they could do for us. The daily entertainment pool side was was enjoyable at the resort. One downside I would have to say is minute we checked in they they already tried to upsell us for another room and when checked in they have staff that keep on trying to sell you something and would not be to bad; but after the daily hassle made us want to walk through the lobby as soon as possible to avoid them. Food on the Hotel was average, it was disappointing the local dishes were not all that great, I did understand the average/ below quality of the dishes not locally. There walls in the room are vary thin so you will hear all noises from your neighbors especially if they got kids.

The property is in the hotel zone, the beach is rocky at some spots but you can locate safe areas to swim, the lifeguard is present and keeps prompting people to be in the safe area. The awkward part was the smell of gasoline from the jet ski rental area while we were in the water. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The resort has two kids' rooms, one -the camp for kids ages up to 12 years and the second -hashtag for ages 13 and 17. The foosball, air hockey, and other games are located in the hashtag room which is off-limits to kids under the age of 13 till 8 pm. If you have kids between 8 and under 13 will get bored. Why make a rule such that 8 to 12-year-olds cannot play foosball or other games during the day?

The service was excellent. There were some problems with noise from the lobby for the same level room. the power outlets were not working very well with U.S. plugs. The food was ok but all the meat dishes tasted like ham. I assume they use artificial smoke flavor when they Souvid their meats.

This was my 20th time to this resort. We keep returning as it’s very clean. We have made friends with a lot of the staff and get spoken to by our names and “welcome home”. The food just keeps getting better! I love the coffee shop! The service is exceptional in all areas of the resort. The drinks are good with a great variety of brands of liquor as well as beer. The entertainment is good variety for a family resort. The spa offers great options. I always get at least 1 massage. Our only suggestions are: 1.) bring back the vendors that used to sell in the lobby or around the pool. We have a collection of the paintings and have been unable to locate the artists that did them. And we would love more. 2.) Have more reasonable priced tanning products and kids toys in the resorts store. We found it to be very expensive and didn’t buy things there.

As a vegetarian, I struggled to find food options besides salads, which led to eating almost the same thing every day. Moreover, the ingredients of the dishes in the buffet were not listed, posing a problem for people with food allergies. Getting a table at the Italian restaurant for dinner was difficult, we tried three times until finally getting one. The food was average, and some of the restaurant's hosts were less than friendly. The room was satisfactory, with comfortable beds, but the AC was extremely loud. We had to turn it off at night due to the noise, making it uncomfortable to sleep in the heat. The hotel lacked eco-friendliness, with an abundance of plastic waste. No water refill stations were available, and all drinks were served in plastic cups, with no escape from plastic bottles for water. Additionally, a man walked around with a captive raptor, offering people photos with the bird, Instead, the hotel should promote initiatives for animal sanctuaries. On the positive side, the beach was stunning, and the cleaning crew was exceptional. The bedrooms and common areas, including restrooms, were always clean, and they deserve recognition for their hard work.

Asian restaurant- food was hard and overcooked . Had two bites each of us for dinner and walked right out the door . Told for Italian place to just show up . So we showed up at 630 and were told earliest they can do was for 10 pm. Was stomach sick every day since we stayed there. Didn’t want t to eat anything from there . Shower was warm never got hot . Chocolate milk was like water. Few bugs were found in the bathroom. Overall never again
