“Wonderful Hotel”

This hotel was beautiful and I would love to go back. It is convenient to the buses and other attractions. Very clean and friendly hotel.

“One of our best vacations ever!”

Great value for the money. Waiters and hotel staff were courteous and attentive. All inclusive really meant ALL INCLUSIVE. Our luggage did not arrive with us, but the concierge and travel service personnel in the lobby kept calling the airline on our behalf until the bags arrived. Beautiful, clean pools and great location!

“Awesome Stay!!!”

We recently took a family vacation and stayed at FAC. The staff at the hotel was great, friendly and very helpful. Beware of the time share people, they lure in by offering you discounts on tours, very annoying. The hotel was peaceful and quiet. There is no beach, but no worries. You can walk 50 feet left or right to one of the other hotels and find a nice piece of sand to lay out at. Don't take taxis, take the buses going into town for only 65 cents. Bus stop is not to far from the front of the hotel and they come by every 5 minutes. Definetly go to Xcaret, it was amazing. The experience is totally worth the money. The pool at the hotel was also great!!! goodtimes!!!

“No beach at Condesa”

Great hotel, food was good...we had the daily buffet breakfast included in our trip. They gave ample varieties for breakfast. Pool was not heated so my children complained about the water being cold. There is no beach at Condesa, it was ruined by the past years hurricanes...now there is just rocks. The water was warmer on the beach so we wished that the hotel had one.

“Great Hotel at Relatively Affordable Price”

Fiesta Americana Condesa is a great hotel that is a little bit further away from the center of action in Cancun than its sister hotels, but I don't think it is worth paying the extra money to be close to the center. The hotel has great service, beautiful beach and you can get to the center of Cancun using a local bus that runs 24 hours a day at 65 cents. I strongly recommend this hotel.

“Wonderful, First Trip”

I have been around the world with the military twice, 17 countries, Meridien, Ritz-Carlton, Westin, Raffles (Singapore), and I have even worked for Marriott, but never stayed in an all inclusive. Not to mentino my wife is from Peru and has only been in the US for 6yrs. La Condesa was absolutely amazing!! We upgraded to this hotel because didn't want to be crowded and everyday we were able to sit in the same beach chairs and really there was no one around us, other than the servers bringing us beer. It was safe, we left our books and towels on the beach when we went to eat lunch (something you do not do in 99% of latin american countries). The staff, every last one of them smiled and greeted you, hell they even seemed eager to answer your questions. Everything was clean, the photographers were awesome and affordable, the event staff loved to joke before, during, and after the evening shows (I was extremely surpised at the quality of the shows, I figured they would be low-tier, but these were professional performers). My wife and I were just amazed. We think that we have found our annual anniversay spot.

“Great family hotel”

My family and I enjoyed this hotel. The pool was amazing, it's so big that it was never crowded. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The staff at the hotel and hotel restaurants were very courteous and friendly. In the states I had never received such service. We loved our stay there and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.
