“Best kept secret in Cancun”
This Hotel is immaculate. This may be the best kept secret in Cancun. It is not located on the beach, so you are missing that, however it is within a few miles of everything. The pool is beautiful and the room far exceeds any other room in Mexico.
“Close to the airport”
If need a room for a night for a stop over, this is the place. Its close to the airport, the staff are very helpful and assisted me in every way possible as the airline lost my luggage. The room, restraunt and pool were all spot on. Travel warning. Please use the shuttle from the hotel to get picked up from the airport. The taxis drivers will try and rip you off between $25 to $50 US dollers for a 5 min trip. They will try every trick in the book to explain how hard it is to get to the hotel which is a lie. Use the shuttel bus, trust me.
“Diamond in the very rough”
I spent about four or five days in Mexico and stayed here on our way out of the country. After spending 3 nights in a place where we had to lock our doors at night and worried about theft and other issues, we found the Courtyard to be the polar opposite end of the world. It was downright luxurious. It was really, really stunning in contrast to where we had stayed before. Don't get me wrong, the other place was nice enough looking, but was a bit run-down in places and the fear of theft was there although we had absolutely no problems. Courtyard was GREAT. And the price was VERY good(although that could always change I guess). And we had a 5am shuttle to the airport that was free. The outdoor pool was quite nice and the indoor dining was good, too. The only down side was that there is a wireless network inside, but isn't configured for guests(no reason why) and you end up having to use the physical RJ45 LAN line plug-in, which is inconvenient if you have more than one person in the room. But overall we LOVED this place!

“relaxing hotel”
The courtyard was beautiful. A water fountain, swimming pool and lush garden was so relaxing. At night we had drinks in the garden and in the morning we had a delicious breakfast buffet right by the garden. Lots of birds . So relaxing after a long plane ride. My husband said maybe we should stay rather than go on to Playa Del Carmen. The service was great. Excellent value for the money. It is not on the ocean, but we knew that. It is probably 5 min. from the ocean. I would recommend asking for a room which faces the inner courtyard. The garden has a box with a bell in it. When you want a drink by the pool, just press the bell and a waiter appears instantly.
“Great trip, Wonderful Hotel - Don't forget your passport- Can't get there without it !!”
I was so excited to go on this trip. This hotel is the best on the island. Breakfast is great and was worth the extra included cost. You can walk to the ferry, you don't have to take a taxi. Only when you have your luggage with you is it worth the 4 dollars. We didn't realize how close it was until we paid for several taxi rides. If you go into Cancun for dinner or activities- make sure you plan the ferry ride and know the departure times. Once we got to Cancun and took a taxi to downtown- bout 20 -25 mins we would have to rush back to the ferry because the last one leaves at 11:30. If you have an early morning flight (7 am) make sure you stay in cancun your last night to be closer to air port. We missed our flight because ferry doesn't leave till 5:30 from the island and its a 30 min ride- didn't get to Cancun Puerto Juarez till 6 then its 30 mins to airport and usually the prepaid services to and from airport will pick up other ppl from other hotels on the way. Best day is great and worth the cost through expedia. Be ware of ppl once you get off the plane trying to get you to do timeshare activites and asking if you have any credit cards. KEEP Walking till you see BEST DAY or whoever will take you to the Ferry. Also, do all of your money transfers from the hotel. They do not charge and when you charge your card at different places they print your entire cc # on the reciept. I did not like that at all. I also got hit with a lot of ATM fees and charges to convert to pesos.
“The best accomodations we had in Cancun and the food was great”
We stayed at the hotel as it was close to the airport, but I wish we had stayed there the two weeks we were in Cancun. Absolutely no complaints
“expensive”
room was great. not enought bottled water provided by the hotel for both drinking, teeth brushing, and for morning coffee in the room. Do not drink or brush your teeth with the tap water. Food and beverages VERY expensive. Isolated location did not allow for alternative dining or drinking unless you took a cab.

“Courtyard was convenient and reasonably priced”
nice new hotel, convenient to the airport,we needed one day's accommodations piror to our timeshare week. Free transportation from the airport was the primary selling point.
