“A GEM!”

We had a wonderful stay at the Super Eight. The room couldn't be cleaner and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the location overlooking the pond. I watched a Great Blue Heron fishing, at dawn as I looked outside of my OPEN window. At night, there's only the sounds of the tree frogs and cicadas. Breakfast is continental-some fruit would be a nice touch, though. We stayed three nights and would definitely stay again!

“Great motel for the price”

Not fancy but very clean and comfortable. Owners take pride in their establishment. Rooms in the back look out over a lovely lake. We always stay here when visiting our son in college. For the price you just can't beat it.

“Super 8 Canandaigua, NY”

I was very pleased with the Super 8. This was the first time we stayed here, but it won't be our last. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer free coffee all day and a continental breakfast every morning. The room was extremely clean. It is back away from Rte. 5/20, so you don't hear the traffic from the room. I recommend Super 8 in Canandaigua, NY to all. It was a great stay.

“Clean and functional place.”

Love the view of the pond and the sounds of the frogs. The room was very clean and it was quiet. Should have gone over to see the "real" lake. We'll be back next year when we pass through to teh Brimfield, MA flea market. (We stay here as it's close to some good antique malls!)

“A Decent Hotel at a Fair Price”

Overall our stay was good. Problems? Two of the three lamps in the room did not work. The beds were small. The free breakfast was bare bones minimal, but we made it work. Again, overall it was a decent hotel at a fair price. I would absolutely recommend it to family and friends.

We look forward to returning to this Super Eight every time we visit relatives in the area. The bathroom was the cleanest I've ever seen, including my own. This hotel is quiet. We fell asleep to crickets and frogs. When we looked out the window, there were fireflies. Magic for this city girl. We began our day with the continental breakfast, and visited with wine tourers from Europe. They'd heard about this great little place. As I said, we'll be back!
