Dear Gary,Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your stay. While we do send out information regarding our parking prior to our guest arrivals the best that Expedia allows us to, I do apologize that our parking was not clearly presented to you. Our off site lot is a result of many historical ordinance changes within our town, however we persevere to continue to provide a low cost option to our guests by partnering with a local parking company. Our unloading zone experience should be a stress free area as it is a complimentary area to unload at leisure, check in and bring luggage to the room prior to relocating your vehicle to our parking area. We strive to provide service whenever possible and while we do not have dedicated bell service we should still be making attempts to provide the question "may we assist with your luggage". This clearly did not present itself and for that I am sorry we missed this opportunity. I do hope we may have the chance to welcome your return in the future and I would be happy to personally speak with you and assist in making your reservation as I am certain we could overcome and impress upon our values of service here at Lord Camden Inn.Warmest Regards,Erick AndersonGeneral Manager

Hi, Barb.I do apologize for the delay in reaching out to you. Thanks for your "great breakfast" shout-out. I will be sure to share that with our breakfast team.I certainly understand that guests can find the private, gated lot, a block from our back entrance, less than ideal. However, we also find that guests find circling around looking for that elusive public space, receiving a parking ticket, or even towed, to be even less ideal, hence the use of the gated.Lastly, I'm sorry you did not find the bed and sheets to your liking. Mattresses and linen packages are rotated on a routine basis. I'll alert the Director of Rooms of your comments.Thank you again for taking the time to post your review.Regards,
