we stayed two separate nights at this beautiful property and highly recommend it. dave is the consummate host who was most helpful with dining suggestions and made us very welcome. we plan to return in the future and use Abigail's as our home base for day trips.

The best B&B!
Dave was the kindest host and the property was beautiful! Such amazing attention to detail and he served us a delicious breakfast on the patio. Super quick walk to downtown and only wish we were staying a few more nights. Highly recommend!

The three course breakfast prepared by Dave was Fabulous. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the house. Seeing the chickens and garden. Our host provided for every possible need. Perfect for a couple exploring the Maine coast. Camden is by far the Jewel of the sea. Superb.B&B

Simply lovely!
Abigail's Inn is like home away from home! Our accommodations were charming, comfortable, and clean, and Dave, the innkeeper, is welcoming and witty. I highly recommend Abigail's Inn, which is ideally located, I might add. You will not regret it.

A Gem
This is the perfect place to stay in Camden! David is such a wonderful host and the rooms are huge and so comfortable. It is a great location, and you’re able to walk to everything. Please be aware that most restaurants are closed on Tuesdays!! but David told us to go to McLaughlin’s lobster shack and it was awesome!! The property is gorgeous and has a lovely patio to sit outside while having breakfast or if you want to enjoy a good book. We highly recommend this delightful place!

We loved Abigail's Inn. We especially liked our room, the Megunticook Room because it was on the first floor accessed via a door near the parking area and was in what was originally a breezeway from the house to the barn. It was charming. Hospitality was amazing. Breakfast on the patio was delicious and complimentary wine, beer and drinks in the mini-fridge. Loved it!

What an amazing place! The house is beautiful, the location is perfect, the breakfast is homemade and delicious, and the owners are both wonderful people. I can honestly say this was the best bed and breakfast experience we have had. And they have chickens.

Best Inn I have ever stayed in. Super clean and the amenities were superb. Champagne, OJ, beer, wine and water left complimentary in our fridge. Chocolates in our room and one of the BEST B&B breakfasts I’ve had. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely an eye for detail. We will definitely be back to this exceptional Inn.

Upon arriving to check in we were greeted by the Inn Keeper and given a tour, everything is lovely, neat, clean, and we had the coziest room ever! We could come and go easily, and in the morning had a wonderful gourmet breakfast made by the other Inn Keeper himself~ totally satisfying !

First out of the gate: there was NOTHING we didn't like about this Inn!!!! From the first approach from High Street to the time we bid farewell to the Inn Keepers, Dave and Kent, our experience was over the top. Thanks to Kent, our introduction to the inn and our room in particular was smooth and friendly. Kudos to Dave for two breakfasts that ranked #1 in our opinion and we have stayed at many bnbs in various parts of the country. As to location, we parked the car in their spacious parking lot and didn't need to move it at all. A 4 minute walk to Camden Village and we were in the middle of anything we needed, including the harbor and a sailing adventure, but that's for a different positive review. Stay at the Abigail and you will not be disappointed.

If you want to feel your home while you are traveling, this is the place! Dave greeted us with warm welcome at the door as we arrived the “Home”. We enjoyed every area of this beautiful classic 19-century built house: porch, backyard, two reading rooms.. and most of all, the bedroom we were in. Very good quality of linens and the atmosphere of the room with big windows. Kent was an artist! Loved his creativeness with his dishes every morning! Because of that, we even extended one more day of staying in Maine. Very relaxing, warm feeling, clean and cozy. Close to downtown and other places. I would give 10 Starts. LOL

This was our first time in Maine and staying at a bed and breakfast and we really enjoyed it. The jacuzzi tub drew me to the copper beech suite room and it was spacious and clean with a neat cast iron fireplace. The location to the harbor and town was really convenient, a 5 minute walk, and a short drive down a lakeside road to the next town with a pretty winery. We leisured around and looked at the scenery and houses nearby, the hosts and other guests gave us some great recommendations on places to see. Breakfast was phenomenal too. Back in CA and missing Maine already 😔 everyone was so kind and welcoming, oh and the dog is so beautiful and regal we saw her enjoying the sun in the garden and reminded us of our pups at home. Thank you so much! I hope we will get the chance to return someday.
