“hotel ok, but better choices in Bayeux”

Hotel was fine for a quick overnight, but the hallways and rooms had a funny odor which was not pleasant. The staff was unpredictable, some nice, some rather rude.

“Convenient and Cheap”

This hotel is less than a 10 minute walk away from Bayeux town centre. The room was clean enough but dull and the bathroom was laughably small. Also the room smelt quite badly everyday after the cleaners had been. The hotel is next to a main road, but the double glazing saw it wasn't a problem. We only had internet access for the first of the three nights we stayed. After that there was no connection, the hotel apologised but didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Good if you are on a budget, as long as internet access isn't a must.But I will try to avoid in the future.

“Première Classe - - -”

C'est un hôtel Première Classe, comme nous les connaissons, plutôt moins que plus. Ajoutons que : - Une odeur pestilentielle émanait des sanitaires (égoûts) - Lavabo pas nettoyé (cheveux...) - Petites fenêtres (concerne toutes les chambres), rendant la chambre très sombre. C'est dommage quand, pour une fois cette année, il faisait beau au mois d'août ! Personnel à l'accueil tout juste poli, sans plus. A part ça, nous avons bien dormi, la literie était bonne.

“I will not go back again!”

The reception area was very small and the evening clerk was very busy and not very cooperative - there should have been two at checkin. The rooms were very small and looked like they were pre-fab! The bathroom was very small and cramped! The tv in one of our rooms didn't work. The air conditioning in one of our rooms did not work - always cold! There were no telephones! We could not make a connection to their WIFI! The staff in the morning was very helpful. The food in their continental breakfast was a joke and very expensive!
