“Beautiful Honfleur”

Honfleur is so worth a return visit. We spent 3 days there and it was beautiful just to wander around the village and soak up the atmosphere.

“Would certainly go back”

This hotel is ideally situated to enjoy Honfleur on foot. Although it is by the quay and on a main road there was hardly any noise at night. The downside is the lighthouse opposite, but the curtains are thick enough to cope. Some facilities were better than a lot of other French hotels so there is no need to bring a kettle or hairdryer. Breakfast is available but we prefer the atmosphere at the local bars. The room was spotless if a bit small but you get what you pay for. Very satisfied at the price and would certainly return.

right in the middle and near plenty of restaurants whihc we found were all of a reasonable standard/ price.

“white horse with a sting in the tail”

Good location and pleasant ambience. Staff were friendly and helpful. One slight issue is the charge of 12.50e for breakfast. My wife and I were leaving before other cafes etc were open. We normally have only a very light breakfast ie orange, croissant and tea or coffee and felt that the price for the content taken was far too high. Due to our fairly early departure and the drive ahead we used the facility but were not impressed by this aspect
