“Hotel and Mall experience.”
it is a well located Hotel at the north side of the city, within a beautiful mall, with suite like rooms, excellent service.
“The finer side of Cali”
At the Spiwak anything they can do for you to make your stay better is never too much to ask. The staff are always friendly, and definitely made me feel like I was more than a guest whilst I stayed there. The location is perfect for those who like to shop, as the mall is literally at your feet. If you are looking to enjoy the finest things in Cali, then a stay at the Spiwak is certainly a must. The breeze that sweeps through the center of the hotel of an evening is breathtaking, which matches the view. The food is good as far as hotels are concerned, and the variety on the menu was fairly good too. While they can not quite compete with some of the finest local cuisine in town, they certainly compensate for it with service and class. Great experience overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

“Wonderful stay in Cali, Colombia”
This hotel is the best hotel in Cali, luxury accomodations, friendly staff. The hotel guest have access to the best gym in Cali. This hotel has great security and has everything you need. A mall is connected below the hotel and is great if you have forgotten anything. I highly recommend this hotel. by the way this is one of the few hotels in Cali that has hot water.
“Excelent stay”
The wifi internet had a litle problem during my stay and my internet card was defective from my labtop, but the ICT staff is very helpful and imidiatly installed a separate router in my room. This what we call service, the breakfast is incredable.

well when i got there we had to get some one to get our bags,then to check in the lady there was making faces like my reservation had something wrong with it asking me if i did it thru expedia well it was all in the papers i gave her in black and white ,this never was a question in the other hotels i stayed in before i checked in an that was it,also it says there is tranportation for the customers to the airport that is a lie you have to pay for the taxi its not free like the sheraton or radison the excuse was the van doent work on sundays,well thats not my fault they should of got me a taxi for free ,again the radison didnt have there van but got me a taxi and the hotel paid for it,sorry spiwak i wont be staying with you again
