This is a beautiful small and super clean property with a very friendly and accommodating staff and super fast internet. I will definitely be staying here again.

I did not stay at this property. Upon arrival the security at the locked gate (not hotel type) told me they did not have a reservation for me and in order to stay I would need to pay in cash. Also no parking on premises and they cannot guarantee the cars on the street as their have been a few robberies lately.

Nice hotel=We stayed only for a couple of hours - friendly staff on site. We arrived late from partying and security was able to open door for us.

Overcharged & no bathroom door. But it was ok
The hotel is nice enough but it's the staff is really annoying. Not only did they make me pay my bill in the middle of my stay but they also overcharged me and instead of returning my money made me buy something else from the hotel. The menu really sucks but the food is pretty tasty. Tell is really beautiful and the rooms are nice enough. My room was really nice the problem was at the bathroom didn't have a door which was really uncomfortable but overall it was an OK experience

When i return to Cali, i return to Casa Santa Monica because it is such a pleasant place. Eggs and fruit and pan de bono for the free breakfast. Kind staff. Each of the 3 houses is different -- the one where breakfast is served has a sitting room with gadgets like an old cash register, and a little patio with labeled plants. There is a watchman/porter outside at all times, and the street has barely any traffic.

Almost nice
The hotel is a nice place to stay and is located in a very calm zone, but the specific price was not the one the same showed when I did the reservation, so I had to paid more money than I was expected. I suggest that they include taxes on the reservation so everyone can have a precise estimation of the amount of money they will pay.

Es un hotel muy limpio y tranquilo. 10 minutos a pie del estacion de autobuses. El desayuno en un jardin donde se puede leer como se llaman las plantas. Cerca de Avenida sexta, muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Lo recomiendo Mucho. This is a lovely clean little hotel on a quiet sidestreet near plenty of action. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby, and only a 15 minute walk from downtown and the river. I got a good deal, but will gladly pay twice the price next time...

Caro pero correcto
Estuve la semana pasada en el santa Monica en Cali Les dejo los pros y lo contras segun mi opinion. Pros: 1) Excelente servicio, la gentes es muy atenta y amable 2) Hay una zona de restaurantes que se llama Granada a walking distance (3/4 cuadras) 3) Yo estuve en la casa de enfrente de la recepcion y tiene un living muy lindo para trabajar 4) La zona es muy tranquila. 5) Los cuartos son amplios. Contras 1) El precio que pague fue muy elevado (creo que habian varias conferencias en la region) 2) Las camas tenian un colchon muy fino e incomodo 3) Los ba@os eran pequeños y las toallas muy finas 4) a pesar de estar en una zona tranquila en las habitaciones entraba mucho ruido. Saludos
