We had a great stay as a family of three. Room was large, seating area was nice. The pool was a lot of fun for kiddo. Parking was easy and it was a safe area. The building was fairly quiet. Dining options nearby were convenient. Drawbacks: mattress on sofabed was ridiculous, it needs replacing. It was full of springs & very thin.The only other not so great thing was the room didn't get refreshed during our two night stay.

I booked 2 queen beds with sofa bed but they gave me 2 double bed with sofa bed. Charges made for 2 queen beds and sofa delivered 2 double beds and a sofa bed. Not going back there. Bathrom's air fan wasn't working. Not enough blankets swimming pool area was so dirty.

This was a quick 15 minutes from airport with free shuttle. Great shuttle service when it was time to leave the driver said out load one more minute and we leave. There was one person not there yet but the driver knew others were on a schedule. The rooms are small but well equipped and large enough for short stay. The sundry shop has lots of food but you have to wait inline with everyone checking in. So it could take easily 30 minutes to pay. They only have one person at the desk after regular hours.

I went to use my credit card as a security deposit but their machines wouldnt let me get to put in my pin. The experience was very embarrassing, other than that the room was fine, the staff was pleasant.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last two years to attend a multipart work conference. I have always found the property to be very nice and clean. This time however, I could tell that the bathroom in my guestroom had not been cleaned as well as I would have expected when I arrived. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Great check in, great guest agents, but the free breakfast promised was denied by the restaurant guy. I just wanted a coffee. He wouldn’t let me have one. I told him we are supposed to have free breakfast, still told me I have to pay. Asked the front desk guy about our breakfast and he went over and told the restaurant guy that we all get free breakfast. So he finally gave me a coffee….1 lol. Smoothie was room temperature. Restaurant experience soured the great hotel.

This hotel was very convenient as it was close to the airport. I was worried that it would be noisey being so close to the airport but it was not at all. It was one of the quietest hotels we stayed at on our recent vacation. There was a Starbucks on the main floor which was great for our morning caffeine fix. We had breakfast at District 48 Kitchen & Bar which is also on the main floor. It was delicious, portions were ample, reasonably priced all around great way to start your day. For those of you who plan to spend some time at the hotel there is plenty to do with a pool, sauna, exercise room a nice sitting room with pool table and gas fireplace. Also several washers and dryers for any laundry you might have. All in all a great place to stay, I would definitely stay there again.

I booked there because I was told the pool was a steady 86. It was not. Very disappointed. I ask the waiter for a sweet drink. He suggested one. It turned out to be gin. Not sweet. I know these are petty, but when you pay 250.00 a night for warmer pool. I really had my hopes up.

I stayed here last-minute because of a flight cancellation, and they were very kind and accommodating, getting the shuttle to me on short notice and even letting me back into my room after I'd already checked out because there was an additional flight delay. The room was very nice and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great experience during a stressful time.

The stay was quick due to a flight change, when I booked the room on Expedia it had an option to add breakfast for an additional fee which I added, when I checked into the room the front desk told me there was no breakfast served. I got my key and went to my room, walked in and it was a king room, I had booked 2 queens due to me travelling with my 18 year old daughter, went back down to lobby and got room changed. Room was clean and beds were comfy, nice big showers!
