“Always Impressed”

Always staying in this hotel whenever I come to Calgary. Never disappoints and provided me with information that would allow me to prepare for my next trip here. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Perfect for a weekend away”

Newly and nicely decorated, with handsome furnishings and modern fixtures. Quiet, with great views of the city. The pool/spa and exercise area felt open, clean, and inviting to use.

Hotel room comfortable, up-to-date, and downtown just a few blocks from Prince's Island and Eau Claire. Bathrooms with rain showers are nice but extremely small and tight. I am assuming bathrooms with bathtubs are larger (they would have to be). Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Avoid the middle elevator as it has a mind of its own and I believe it might be somewhat carnivorous.

I've stayed at the Westin three times now and each time has been fantastic. I actually made a mistake and booked my room on the day after I arrived, oops. Well, they were so accomodating, even with my mistake, and were able to get us a room that night as intended. There's a reason why they call their beds, "Heavenly Beds", they are sooooo comfortable. We had such a good night sleep that we were sad to leave the luxury in the morning. The location of the hotel is great a well for walking through downtown or through the nature trails by the river. I will always be happy to stay at the Westin.

“Family Friendly Hotel”

We arrived at the Westin Calgary late on Friday night. We were met by a very friendly valet who directed us to the service desk and parked our car. This was great because I was travelling alone with my two young daughters. Check in was very smooth. My girls were very impressed with the Westin kid's packs that contained, among other things, a rubber duckie and a night light. Our room was modern, clean and very comfortable. We had two double beds and this was just right. Check out was just as smooth. It was fairly easy to find and close to the zoo. I would highly recommend this hotel to families.
