Our room, bed was comfortable. Slides were exactly what our little wanted! Exiting the hotel, left or right so much garbage, 100’s of smoke butts on the ground so gross.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Beautiful room, awesome pool and convenient location (close to the Calgary Zoo). The only issue we had was finding a place to eat after we left the pool. All the resturants were closed so we had to leave the hotel and eat elsewhere. Not a big deal, just a little inconvenient.

Pool is HEAVILY chlorinated. Both my kids had very sore, red eyes after swimming for an hour. One daughter even noticed dry/peeling skin on her face following due to dryness from the chlorine.

Good place to stay. They didn't get a full score because one of their water slides was down for maintenance, which was the only reason I picked the hotel (for my kids).

My kids loved the water slide, of course. They did a great job monitoring it to ensure kids were being safe, but not being so strict that ir sucked the fun out of it. The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Food ordered from room service was delicious. Only complaint is that I wish they had a quick service breakfast option. Just coffee and muffins you could grab on the go. Overall it was a great stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and pool area was lots of fun for the kids. There are two water slides, two hot tubs, and even an ice cream stand. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, very clean. Staff was really friendly and helpful. We visited with our dogs and they were great to deal with in that regard. Theres cheaper options out there for sure but at least you get something for the money.

Best staycation spot for families with young children. Pool and waterslides are awesome. Rooms were comfortable and large. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Lots of restaurants within walking distance to the hotel, although the Hotel itself has a good choice of dining options. Will definately be back.
