“Amazing continental breakfast”

A great find at a reasonable cost. Definitely enough 'comforts' for our 4 night stay...although an elevator to our 2nd story room would have been nice. The 'continental breakfast' had an amazing selection...even a waffle iron to make your own waffles!

Staff were kind and courteous and very attentive. The breakfast area is small and often crowded in the morning. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained; however, the walls are paper thin.

I chose this hotel because of the price and because it was the closet to the C-Train stations, as I was attending an event on the Stampede Grounds. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The decor of the room was dated and quite run down, but nothing truly horrendous and, given the price, that was to be expected. My biggest complaint was some minor noise (walls seem paper thin) and on my first night I got nice big fluffy bath towel but on the second I got tiny, worn out ones. Also, there was a hole on the top of the bedspread.

Not exactly as clean as one would expect from a hotel. Also, bring your own pillow as theirs are terrible. Really nice receptionist. Excellent location. Overall - YOUR RENOVATION IS 15 YEARS LATE.

“It was okay...”

The motel was clean and quiet but is a very, very basic motel. It was convenient to take the C-Train and has a good choice of restaurants within walking distance. For the price, it was decent, but next time I'd rather spend more $ and stay in a higher-end hotel.
