I have stayed at this location on numerous occasions. The rooms were not clean, there was not any coffee in the room, although there was a brew station. The room was very cold and heat could not be adjusted.

I think for the amount of money you guys charge for a room that rooms could’ve been a lot better. The decor was like back in the 1950s the bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. The hideaway bed was also very uncomfortable lumpy when you actually sat on the couch you sunk in, and then it was difficult to get up, I had to have one of the staff come in to fix the TV because apparently you’re supposed to have two remotes for one TV and I didn’t. It was dusty in there. The pillows smell like somebody else’s sweat. It did not smell clean. Looks like they hadn’t dusted in months.The staff was pleasant can’t complain about staff. Breakfast was good but I don’t think I’ll ever go back to , the Lakeview Inn. I probably would’ve been better staying at the Econo Lodge. And had the same discomfort for a cheaper price.

Had to change rooms twice due to construction and non-functional televisions. Breakfast was cold eggs, cold sausages and cold hash browns. Attitude from desk clerk. Strangely, all coffee cups at the breakfast area still had the IKEA price tags on them.

We stayed in room 236. The room is worn and fraying in places. It has a very poorly done repair by the bed. We also were missing coffee packets for the in room service. I found the bed very uncomfortable with very little ticking over the springs. Lastly the coofee being served in the breakfast room was very weak and cold.

When we arrived at the hotel we needed to change the room we booked and the manager was very helpful and accommodating in our request.The staff were friendly and helpful we would stay there again.
