It was reasonable price and location is also not bad, easy access downtown

“Fantastic service!”

Very impressed with the service. We were unaware there was a check in time so when we got there our room wasn't quite ready. We left go get some lunch and the front desk man came out to let us know our room had just finished being clean. He could have let us leave, he didn't have to come out and tell us. Will definitely go back.

the hotel experience was great, the only complaint is that the dinning in calgary is quit limited to people who stay in hotels.. we are from lethbridge and had our hearts set out on swiss chalet, but due to the area of town, they did not deliver.

This hotel is central to downtown, Chinook shopping centre and LRT transit system then this is the hotel for you. Staff is very friendly. Hotel has a good breakfast included in the room price. It has non smoking and smoking rooms.

The hotel was in a great location to all the shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful. Price was excellent.

A litter noisy, since it is near the road, but you get what you paid.

This hotel is cheap but our room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is provided free and is what can be expected. The desk clerks could be friendlier,I don't think any of the gentlemen I dealt with smiled once.

“Not impressed”

The hotel seemed to be a gathering place for hookers. The smell of marijuana was quite evident. The noise after 11 pm was distracting. However, some extra days were needed because business took longer than expected. The management gave full cooperation and went out of the way to accommodate the request.

“Would you recommed this hotel to others? Yes and No”

Upon check-in, the reception person told me that my credit card would be charged immediately for one night's stay. She had a hard time understanding the normal practice where a credit card is only used for incidentals upon check-in and that customer has the option of paying with the same card or another card or cash upon check-out. This is fine with Canadian travelers. As a US traveler, I certainly would not want to have a Canadian amount charged on my US credit card at unfavorable exchange rates. I would like to pay cash when I check out. But this is not allowed at this hotel so the next day I went to another hotel in northern Calgary which allowed me to pay cash upon checkout.
