We do mention in our Expedia listing and our pre-stay communication that we do not have an elevator; however, our Front Desk is happy to assist with assigning a main floor room for those with mobility issues. Our Front Desk can also assist guests who require ice. We apologize for any issues you experienced with the bathroom flooring and we will have our maintenance team investigate this further.
