It’s a clean hotel with friendly staff. There was a loud noise that we could hear throughout the night. Maybe a pipe or the elevator. But over all, a pleasant stay. Comfy pillows, complimentary breakfast. will probably stay again but would request a room farther from the elevator.

The pool was out of order during my second time there. The towels and bathtubs had brown stains on them and we had no hot water. And when I called down to tell the front desk I had no hot water the only option given was to ok get a room card, go take a shower in another room and come back to my room with no hot water. Overall terrible experience.

The mattress was clearly very old. There was rust and water build up on the shower head.. Rust on the shower.. Would definitely not stay here again. The staff was great tho. Pillows were awful. Blanket was very thin, could tell it was old.

We came from far away and booked this place for the pool, it was closed upon arrival. I understand there’s no control over that but you should have a deal with a neighboring hotel or offer a discount when that’s the entire reason we stayed here. Obviously this isn’t an issue specific to this hotel but the whole industry in general. The hotel is half under renovation which is fine. Therefore some of the room feels updated but some feels old. The shower hardly worked. The trim and furniture is beat up. That being said it was still very clean. Bed was hard but bedding was nice. The staff were great. Free breakfast was nice and had a lot of options. Appreciated the included parking.

The property is fine. However the TV channels suck big time. You need to consider getting dish Network Satelite for a better variety of entertainment.

There was an issue with providing face cloths & the staff provided hand towels instead. Minor annoyance but a bit odd. The other issue is just because it's Calgary & very few, if any, businesses plow their parking lots or driveways. As a result of this, getting in & out of the parking lot after the past snowfall was a pain, as was walking the very short walk to the LRT.

Would never ever go stày there àgàin, our door got kicked in by somebody while we were out, door didn't close or lock and noone fixed this or switched our rooms for us even after making note to them of this issue and didnt get any of my deposit back because of à alleged mascara "stain" on the face cloth in our laundry and a black scuff mark on the linen, neither were shown to me to confirm this to be true and either way its normal to use a face cloth to clean your face. I also asked for extra towels and came down twice never received any. I did a load of laundry and came down to flip my load and ßomeone had taken my clothing out an did their own with my clothes thrown onto a chair half wet and not washed. Was one of the 2 worst nights. The main front desk gentleman whom was working evenings was a huge help and did everything to make us happy, unfortunately he didnt work days and had no knowledge of our issues or it maybe would've been resolved or an èffort made to try. The hotel doesn't deserve this employee, as far as i could tell he steps above and beyond to his customer service skills and deserves far more than I'm sure this hotel pays the staff.

I have stayed here a few times because it is a good hotel and a great value. It was clean with friendly and efficient staff, a good breakfast, and a comfortable bed. I have not found anything better in this price range in Calgary.
