The room we were given smelt like a combination of sugar erred and mold. When we came into the room the AC was on full blast in an attempt to get rid of it. They were super nice and gave us a new room when we asked. The floors can use a good vacuum and walls are really dirty, but overall a comfortable stay

Everything was fine. The lady at the front barely acknowledged our entrance which was fine… standing at a desk for several hours wouldn’t be my favorite either! The room was super muggy and warm and smelled like smoke. The lamp on the night stand was twitching so I just unscrewed the bulb. Otherwise, the facility is clean, the pool is super cool & the location is great!

The lady at the reception came across as someone who didn't care about customers. No smile, no greetings, no instructions as to where the elevator is after handing over the keys. Moreover, the key she gave us for a 3rd floor room were not programmed. After returning to the desk, no sorry, nothing. She's just gave us another key for a room on the 4th floor. Also note that their payment machine does not have a tap feature. You must remember your cars PIN.
