“Excellent value for the cost.”

This hotel is located outside of the downtown core, but is ideally suited for our purposes as our offices are close by.

The place is decorated very nicely, with new furnishings in the room. The beds are very hard, but the linen is very comfortable. The toilet was wobbly and the in room temperature controls were complicated to use, I had to ask for help! The heat had to be turned on my floor. The staff was pleasant and very kind, the restaurant / room service was fairly good and well priced. The service was top notch.

“Good Price, Good location, will go back”

We got free breakfast included in the room so it's a big plus. The breakfast was excellent and the service is very good. Expedia also gave out free shopping tote, coupon and Zoo pass for children. I wish it is for adult cause we don't have children so we didn't use that. otherwise it would be great to visit the Zoo.
