“Great Stay at the Carriage House Inn”

Great stay. The restaurant was reasonably priced and probably the best hotel restaurant food I have ever had. Front desk staff were very friendly and always helpful. The rooms were amazing and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I asked the front desk what kind it was so I could get one for myself at home. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Calgary.

“Comfortable, convenient location, well priced”

We have stayed in this hotel on previous occasions and have always enjoyed it. It is located convenient to the area we needed to be in. The rooms have been redone and are quite small. The beds are excellent. A delicious bakery and restaurant are on the premises. We were able to cancel our reservations if we had wished to do so. We are also very pleased with Expedia's help.

“A touch of character”

Very friendly staff and some unusual character attributes - interesting and charming demographic in the restaurant made up of mostly older folks that dress up for dinner. Some of the serving staff of a similar demographic adding to the charm. Fresh baked goods available in the lobby. We've really enjoyed our stays (three of them) in the last month and a half.

“Would definitely return”

The Inn was very clean ,maintained and very comfortable. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) served in the diningroom were very good and reasonably priced. The hotel also had an excellent in-house bakery. Cookies at night and spa items in bathroom were noted and appreciated.

“Little extras”

I stayed at the Carriage House Inn for work, but would easily go there again for a personal trip. After checking in, I was given a small bag with several spa treats inside like bath salts and beauty supplies! This was in addition to the wonderful products inside my personal bathroom. It was wonderful after a long day to take a bubble bath in the large tub with my spa goodies. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very pleasant, and the location was perfect (there was even a Starbucks across the street, which I desperately needed). Great value for the price!

“great value in well appointed mid city hotel”

We stayed at the carriage house hotel 2 nights while en route from Lake Louise to Hawaii for a holiday. It was the perfect location for everything! Close to all the major shopping areas, with no hassle parking. The hotel is pet friendly and the surrounding area is actually appropriate for dog walking, this is a definite bonus! There was a halloween party/dinner/dance happening that we had originally planned to take part in on the 1st night of our stay, but ended up just hanging out in the comfy room on the huge bed watching movies and ordering room service, which was uber fast, super reasonable and yummy. We also tried the famous sunday brunch which was awesome. This was a perfect pre holiday destination, I've stayed at the Palliser and paid 6 times the price for not even 1/2 the experience. With out a doubt, I will stay here again, loved it!
