Amazing hotel - will definitely return!
We have just returned after a 10 night stay at Hotel Terramar. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. My 7yo daughter befriended them all, and they were so great with her - even writing her a postcard and giving her a bracelet! The hotel itself couldn’t be in a better location, a stone’s throw from the beautiful beach. Beach towels are provided and you can hire loungers and umbrellas on the beach if needed. Food and drink was great. We had breakfast at the hotel each day - great variety and the staff we so friendly and helpful. We also ate at the restaurant one evening and were very impressed by the food. Lots of other local restaurants close by too and the hotel were great with recommendations and helping with reservations. Rooms were great - very clean, light and airy with all amenities you could hope for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Terramar - and will definitely return! Thank you in particular to Christina, Lara, Anna and Marie Angels who were so helpful and friendly, and who my daughter absolutely loved!

Just perfect
Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff were the friendliest I’ve encountered in a long time, from the professional and approachable reception to the very sweet waiting staff at breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend this small and perfectly located hotel.

Wonderful hotel, interior room was small. I would have upgraded if given the option, but the hotel was full during our stay. Staff was lovely, allowed us late checkout on departure day. I wanted to purchase a beach towel, but they weren't for sale :( Overall would stay at this property again!

The location was amazing, right next to the beach, and it was great to have a room with a sea view. The staff were very helpful and flexible e.g. we were able to delay our checkout till 1pm. I hope to return soon to this excellent hotel.

Beautiful town and nice hotel
The hotel has just been refurbished and it is really nice. The rooms are very modern and clean. The staff was really helpful. There is parking available 12 euros a day. The breakfast was not included. We thought the price was a bit on the high side but probably it was due to be the high season. The beach is very nice at the front of the hotel and the town a dream!

Great position, beach right in front. Lovely clean crisp decor in room (white) comfortable bed and pillows,good shower. Only one little moan, coffee pods, tea bags, bottled water not replenished unless we kept asking....

Wonderful hotel on the beach. The rooms were a little small but good enough for a weekend. The hotel staff were great and after checkout, stored our bags and let us use beach towels for the afternoon. So accommodating!

Exceeded my expectations in every way
A super clean, nicely updated family run hotel, right on the beach. Desk staff was incredibly welcoming, even though I made a mistake with my reservation and showed up on the wrong night (ha!). The room was clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. And the location is just amazing. In hindsight I would have splurged on a room with an ocean front patio!

Light & bright hotel, great bathroom, sea view
We found the hotel to be really well located, we had a lovely bright room with a balcony looking out over the sea. It was quiet at night and in the morning we woke to the sound of birdsong and the waves lapping on the beach. Perfect really. We stayed out of season so the area was quiet which suited us well. The bathroom was large witha reall good powerful shower. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on it. We didn't need to have any interaction with the staff other than checking in and out which was quick and easy. Would stay again.

Fantastic little hotel, right on the beach.
Fabolous hotel in a beautiful location. Spotlessly clean. Buffet breakfast €11 each. Brilliant. SO much choice. View from room overlooks the beach. Beds very comfortable. Cannot fault this hotel. Highly recommended. Staff very efficient and friendly.

Great hotel and location BUT construction ongoing
Great hotel and great location, HOWEVER, there is construction going on right outside of the hotel (both the front side and the back side of the hotel). That said, the rooms are noisy and/or dusty. Fortunately, this is a temporary situation and once the construction is over, this hotel would be a fantastic place to stay. I must note that Christina who works at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The first room given to me had two twin beds - I had specifically ask for a double since I was traveling alone. They then moved me to a room with a double bed. As mentioned, with the construction right outside of the room, everything was dusty. I then asked to be moved to yet another room. Christina finally upgraded me to a different room (ocean view, but with construction as well). Thanks Christina!

Great Hotel right on fabulous beach
Try to get a room with a balcony overlooking the beach. Our assigned room had an ugly wall immediately in front of the window, but on complaining we were immediately moved. The Llafranc beach and area is one of the beautiful places in Spain and shouldnt be missed. The beach is completely sand, and the water clean - and the bay beautiful (as are the neighbouring coves). There are some good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Lovely views of the Beach through the Pines
Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, didnt want to leave. The first room we had was large but overlooked a flat roof but we were moved after one day to a seafront room. The staff cannot fo enough for you. Llafranc itself is the best bay on the Costa Brava followed closely by its neighbour Tamariu. The lovely coastal walk from Llafranc to Callela de Pallafrugel is very scenic. Cant wait to go back.
