Right off Airport and ideal if you want to spend the night and start off a new trip the day after. They have a shuttle every 30 minutes for pick-up at airport, or take a taxi for approx 300 Egyptian Pounds. Breakfast was Great also. Thank you Novotel Airport in Cairo !!!

Beaucoup d attente au ckeck in, impossible à contacter par téléphone, informations données au lance pierre... Prix des taxis exorbitant : sortir de l hotel et en arrêter un vous coutera 4 fois moins cher, au minimum!! Buffet de petit déjeuner à fuire : produits de mauvaise qualité, pas de possibilité de se servir seul hormis pour 3 viennoiseries malingres, et un café soluble...une seule personne derrière les vitres pourtout le reste, même le pain...

Décevant pour la gamme du groupe accor Ce Novotel ne reflète pas la qualité et le standard attendu Son point positif est ça situation proche de l’aéroport pour ceux qui on un vol tôt le matin ou qui arrive tard sinon trop loin du centre et des pyramides ... 1h10 de route ! Côté chambre classique mais ménage à désiré Draps taché Joints de douche noirs de moisissures .... personnel à l’accueil peut accueillant Et surtout le restaurant est vraiment déplaisant en qualité prix .... médiocre ! De plus j’ai aperçu deux choses qui mon choqué ! Un membre du personnel restaurant a osé devant nous piquer dans le buffet une pâtisserie à la main avec ces doigts sans gants pour la manger devant nous ... et un autre a osé manger un yaourt au coin du restaurant sur une chaise sans cuillère direct la langue dedans comme un à amiral ......

Je suis désolé mais le seul point positif est la gentillesse du personnel ( 1 défaut d'etre bon, soyons gentil...) et le buffet. Pour les points négatifs : - premiere nuit j'ai du changer de chambre car trop mal insonorisée - internet coupé une fois sur 2... je devais déconnecter et reconnecté tous mes appareils à chaque fois. - tous les jours, un aller retour entre ma chambre et la réception car ma clé est désactivée - 1 fois sur 2 pas d'eau chaude, a peine tiède... je pense que si quelqu'un d'autre prenait une douche à l'étage, moi je n'avais rien. - chaque fois que j'allais à la reception, 25 mn de passé. Un air de sous effectif sur ce poste. - tentative de sur facturation pour une nuit alors que c'etait prépayé. - personnel pas qualifié, régulièrement des manques dans ma chambre - 45 mn d'attente pour se faire livrer une pizza en room service. - la télé ne fonctionnait pas

Le Check in fut très long avec 1 personne qui s’en occupe et 2/3 jeunes assistants qui tournent autour mais font rien. J’avais 2 valises et 2 sacs et mon épouse enceinte et autant en sortant de la navette de l’aéroport qu’au départ, personne n’est venu nous aider avec les bagages, alors qu’il y avait pas mal d’employés de l’hôtel un peu partout. La 1ère chambre qu’il m’ont donné puait la fumée de cigarettes, bien que nous fumeur. J’ai donc du redescendre avec tous ces bagages à la réception pour changer. Ils m’ont donné une chambre dans la nouvelle aile, un peu éloigné, mais ont toujours pas proposé de nous aider avec nos 4 bagages. La nouvelle chambre n’avait pas de papiers toilettes, bien que j’ai demandé 3x, j’en aurai jamais reçu. Seul le chauffeur de la navette était sympa. Si vous souhaitez rester proche de l’aéroport, je déconseille cet hôtel, essayez le Méridien, en plus atteignable à pied via une passerelle

Le Novotel le moins Novotel que je connaisse.
Arrivé tard à l'aéroport. Appelé la réception car il n'y avait pas de minibus de transport. Pour réponse on m'a donné le numéro d'un des chauffeurs, le numéro ne fonctionnait pas. Bon. 15 minutes d'attente a se faire brancher par tout les taxi drivers du Caire, le minibus Novotel arrive, mais le minibus genre pourri. Le gars hyper pressé referme les portes sur moi, je monte tout de même et là il roule comme un dingue. Arrivé au Novotel.😯😒🤔. L'accueil encore ça allait enfin la salle parceque le personnel semblait agacé de devoir travailler à cette heure tardive. J'obtiens mes clés et me paume dans l'établissement parceque c'est immense et un peu insalubre dans certains couloirs. Dans le jardin et autour de la piscine c'est charmant par contre. Le pire ce dont les moquettes chambres et couloirs, des années de tâches et d'auréoles douteuses. La chambre n'est pas terrible mais en dehors de la moquette et si on ferme les yeux sur les milles mauvaises réparations ça passe. Bref ça sent le laisser aller. Douche et litterie en revanche,très bien. Le lendemain pour finir, petit déjeuner plus que quelconque même décevant.

Hotel, d'aéroport, pratique mais manque d'hygiène
Hôtel d'aéroport, 3 minutes en bus du terminal. Beau Hall d'accueil, espace moderne. Accueil type usine, pas de regard, froid mais efficace. Les chambres sont réparties autour d'une grande cour et piscine. Autour de l'Hôtel, terrain vagues et poubelles. Chambre supérieure, moquette salle, impression de saleté globale de la chambre. Salle de bain avec des traces de moisi, ventilation difficile a contrôler. Bref, un manque de propreté qui n'est pas normal pour un Novotel. Wifi instable et ne fonctionnant pas des chambres. Piscines donnant sur le bar, donc pas d'intimité pour se baigner, idem pour la salle de sport. Bref en dépannage uniquement.

In our room 4129 the whole time was an air-conditioned hum, I guess from nearest facility. They know that and to cover it they give you a room with TV swich on and working air condition in the room,so youbwould not hear it.

The Novotel was a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of Cairo. The room was huge- in fact two rooms. It was quiet and clean with good facilities. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Especially Emir the waiter who looked after me.

I checked in last min to get away from a hotel I didn’t feel safe as a solo traveler at. This hotel is gated with some at the gate and a dog they walked around the car. At the door it’s a bag check like the airport very quick. Staff was fast with help and check in took about 2 mins bel hop took my things to my room for me. Hotel quite beautiful clean and nice will stay again. Free shuttle to the airport every 30 mins on time.

Clean modern airport hotel, with comfortable beds. It was badly let down however by 2 issues - the shuttle and the food. Shuttle - advertised as free 24 hour service. On arriving to Cairo however it is extremely difficult to actually use it. You have to ring the hotel reception and wait 30 minutes, which isn’t easy unless you have an Egyptian mobile. They ignored my messages sent in advance with our flight details, so we had a stressful wait in the blazing heat with our toddler. The Italian food (Primavera restaurant, beside the pool) - the pizzas had NO tomato on them so were basically cheesy bread with toppings, and the “tenderloin” beef was inedible. The “risotto” was just plain rice in a bowl served upside down. We tried to highlight this to staff but were ignored and had to pay the full amount.
