“Nicest hotel I've stayed in”

We really loved this hotel. It was a wonderful oasis in the middle of the chaos that is Cairo. The staff was very attentive. Definitely do the room upgrade to include the free breakfast, high tea, and happy hour. Very beautiful rooms, though a bit smaller than US. My wife and daughters wanted to steal the mattresses, they were so comfortable. Looking for an excuse to go back just so I can stay there again.

“Very good hotel near airport”

The hotel is very convenient for the airport as is very close - they provide a free shuttle bus. For a 5* hotel the prices are very reasonable. They have an excellent outdoor pool, fitness room including steam room and sauna. The staff were friendly and helpful which is a bonus in Egypt. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The only drawback to be aware of is the location is a long way from any of the sites, so there is little in the surrounding area. They do have shuttle buses to get you into town and back again to ask about these if you might need them. Overall very please.

“Great place to start”

Having arrived in Cairo late in the night it was wonderful to be greeted by the Concorde's meeter & greeter who helped us through baggage retrieval and immigration, and then made sure the right transfer bus came to pick us up. Everything was so easy! Not the 'real' Cairo, but we moved to a different hotel the day after, and as an easy way to get to Cairo this hotel couldn't be beaten. If we'd had to do it all ourselves it would have been much more stressful after a long flight. Highly recommended if your arriving late.

“Fantastic awesome service, everyone was extremely kind and accomodating.”

Fantastic hotel! Got married while we were in Cairo and everyone was so kind to us. It is not an easy process to be married in Egypt. Everyone was helpful and all the staff recognized us and we felt like we were in our home away from home. The hotel was extremely clean, the friendly staff were always professional and helpful. I will go back to this hotel again in the future. This was my second trip to Egypt and certainly not my last! The only problem we had was our internet connection but this was not the hotel's fault but that of their provider and could not be helped. Security was also awesome! Prices for everything was excellent and the food at the hotel was wonderful! Lots of choice! The pool is clean and refreshing all the services were excellent ... and you could watch the riding stables every day and ride yourself if you wanted to!

“Good hotel near airport”

Very nice hotel with good food too. The bed was heavenly. The hotel is very convenient for the airport, but not so close for central Cairo or tourist attractions.

“Lovely Hotel”

This is a lovely hotel and my wife and I had a great five day anniversary break based here. Its just ten minutes from the airport and not too expensive to get around Cairo. There is a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to get you to and from the airport which also goes to the Egyptian Museum (one way only) a couple of times day. There are several themed restaurants within the hotel complex. We went to the Italian and the Indian and were very pleased with the choice of menu and the quality of the food. The hotels big secret is its Executive Rooms on the second floor. If you book one of these rooms, as we did, there are lots of extras. First of all there is the Executive Lounge on the second floor where free full breakfast is served between 6.30 & 10.30am. You have free use of this lounge throughout the day with free non-alcoholic drinks served; free snacks mid afternoon and a happy hour early evening with alcoholic drinks and canapés. Then there is the wired broadband internet access in your room. At $10 a day its much cheaper than the wireless access charge throughout the rest of the hotel. You also have your own reception desk. I emailed the hotel beforehand to book the free airport transfer. We were delighted to be met by their representative air-side straight from the plane and accompanied through immigration, baggage and customs. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely go there again.

“and a free shuttle too!”

This is a beautiful hotel, with friendly staff, and a free shuttle every half hour to the airport, 24/7. Our flight was 4 a.m. so we had no stress getting to the airport at all. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

“Gret hotel but a long way out of the city!”

A lovely hotel, with a good feel to it and helpful, efficient staff. The restaurants were excellent and well priced. Good gym and pool. The only 'problem' is that it takes about an hour to get through the Cairo traffic and into the city where all the sights are. For me, I just arranged my sightseeing accordingly so it wasn't a problem PLUS on the departure day it was only 10 minutes to the airport.
