"What a gem! We picked it truly randomly based on convenience on our way to Portugal. What a surprise. Plascencia is a beautiful small city, and the hotel is beyong beautiful. Modern, comfortable, definitively a must if you’re seatching for a hotel in this area. "

"Staying here was a highlight of our trip across Portugal and Spain. The hotel is stunning, along with the surroundings. Cleanliness and setup of our rooms was up-to-par with what you'd expect at a high end hotel. The room is lovely with luxuriously sized and equipped bathrooms. Only complaint was we wish the air conditioning worked in our room (found out from the front desk there was only heat available once we had checked in - unsure if it was a temporary issue). That said, we were lucky to be there in April when having the windows open still helped with the heat some. Nice to also be able to park right behind the hotel with our rental vehicle. Wish we could stay longer!"
