Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were good. But as an all inclusive, I did not like having to sign for each meal and beverage, my identification bracelet should have been enough. I found it annoying to be bothered with that.

False advertising. The “kids club” has a very limited capacity and extremely limited hours. Prior to our stay a concierge told me that there was ability to care for “all kids” 8am-6pm. It wasn’t until we arrived at the actual kids club that we realized we needed reservations. The kids are ONLY able to stay once a day either 10-1 OR 2-4. Also, the days we were staying there they could only have a total of 6 kids between 2 very large resorts. “Reservations” can only be made after check in to the actual property. Not surprisingly, there was very slim availability for our week long trip. Furthermore, we were traveling with another family and there was almost no time that ALL kids could go due to the limited spacing. This should be advertised as limited babysitting first come, first serve. The resort itself was very nice. The service at the poolside was great. The breakfast buffet at El Patron was fantastic with gorgeous scenery. I just wish the concierge we contacted prior to arrival gave us real information. Also, we attempted to book 2 “reservation only” restaurants prior to arrival which apparently can’t happen. Both my concierge and my friend’s concierge failed to respond to our calls/voicemails and emails in this regard. I’m pretty sure the entire point of the concierge service is to sell time shares.

As soon as you check in, it is all bait & switch. They make you sit down with the concierge to book dinners and excursions. However, none of that happened after we told her we weren't interested in going to a breakfast the next day to be sold on a timeshare. She then dismissed us to go see someone else for our booking needs. Very rude and annoying way to start the vacation. All you see all day around the pool are the staff giving yet another tour for a timeshare scam. This was very annoying to experience while I'm trying to relax on the resort. -You have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a drink/food and have to sign a bill each time even though it is all-inclusive. We even had a specific wristband indicating this. It was such a waste of time and paper. Defeated the purpose and not worth the money in that case. -Literally can't get a drink after 10 pm. Sports bar says 12 am but they tell you 11 pm and turn all tvs off at 11 pm. Everything closes super early. The dinners took 3 hours each with horrible service and over salted food.Hotel wouldn't give a partial refund to a guest that could no longer attend (before the Expedia deadline to cancel). The hotel wanted us to cancel and rebook for a much higher price. We booked through Expedia, and they could not get a hold of the hotel to resolve the issue. Expedia said it was up to the hotel to give the refund. The hotel said the reservation team was busy and said no refund. Manager and front desk didn't care.

Property conveniently located near Médano beach and downtown Cabo San Lucas. Signed up for the all-inclusive package and was extremely pleased with the quality of the food and drinks. In addition, there were a variety of dining establishments available to choose from. One suggestion that I would make is to heat the pools, as they were a little cold, and to improve some of the elevators, as they appeared to be outdated. Even the signage number light was not working in two of the elevators, so it was difficult to determine whether they were operating or not. Overall, the view from the main tower straight to the ocean was breathtaking. Definitely will return!

We went during the busiest week of the year (so management said.) This was our first time here: we did the all inclusive with two teens. Pros: clean, beds comfortable, hot water always available in shower. Food was great at THIS resort. (Went to Carbon at sister resort, not great). bedroom suite spacious, full size pullout and an extra cot. full kitchen fully stocked. Fantastic view over Cabo and bay. Service at restaurants overall pretty good; breakfast was a little slow. The last night we went to the Patron food was great but so slow, we waited 45 min to eat. Servers very friendly. Beach clean and ocean swimmable. Cons: room had a loud squeaking noise noticed on the first day. it was the elevator on the other side of the wall. Happened every time elevator moved. Told front desk multiple times. The only thing offered us was a different room that was in a less nice spot than what we were paying for. So we slept with pillows over our heads and earplugs, it was constant on and off for the whole week. People save chairs with towels at 7am, (even though signs say it’s only allowed for an hour, NOT enforced) there were no beach chairs available if you did not get up and save seats. Try to push timeshare sales breakfast when you check in.

We stayed here from Dec 15 - 21, 2023. We absolutely loved it. It's a bit of a haul from the airport but it's location in Cabo San Lucas is quite central to the main area of town. The property itself was great. We loved our 1 bedroom unit. My kids loved their heated tools which were shallow and perfect for them to play in. I loved the beach right in front of the property which made for easy snorkeling. The food options were plentiful. We especially loved their restaurants Tomatillo and Bella California along with their Taco Bars You do need to make reservations for their restaurants which was a little hard to do at the earlier times that my kids like to eat...but we were able to make it work. My kids loved their nightly shows at the buffet area at Villa Del Pamar. It was a daily highlight for them and something we had to plan our dinner timing around. The property is made up of three separate hotels - all owned by the same company. They provide a cute trolley for you to get to everything on the property. The staff were all very attentive and helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The only thing we did not like was for nearly a full 24 hours the property had a water line break. So we were without water for a day and couldn't flush our toilets, wash our hands or shower. These things happen and it was an inconvenience but they were quick to resolve it and everything was fully operational after that. Oh, they offer free valet parking if you rent a car.

The pools and access to the beach was great! The spa was beautiful. I had one of the best therapeutic massages that I have ever had from a lady named Arlette. Yesenia was also a wonderful manicure. All of the staff were very polite and accommodating. My suggestions for an improved experience 1. provide filtered water at all times in the lobby and by the pool to reduce water bottle consumption. 2. We were told that it was too late to schedule a ride back to the airport at the end of our trip when we tried the day before our flight. We were told that we would have had to reserve our transportation 2 days before our flight. Really? Nothing could have been done with more than 24 hr. notice? We ended up spending a lot more to get another ride. We should have been warned about this at check-in, and offered to schedule transportation at that time. Overall, a great experience!

Beautiful property and I highly recommend this resort. Amazing view of the arch. Walking distance to Cabo. Note: If you don’t choose the All Inclusive option be prepared for (in my opinion) very high prices. $349MXN for nachos. $2000MXN and up for a steak. $400MXN or more for a glass of wine.

Stayed here with my wife and celebrated her birthday. The property is very clean and the staff are also amazing. All the food and drinks included in the all inclusive was very good quality and included some higher brands. Would definitely be coming back and bringing our kids too.

This was our first time staying at the Del Arco and it was great. The resort was amazing and the SPA was wonderful. The food was pretty good too. The beach area was great and swimmable. We will be returning with the kids/teens soon. Lots of groups, couples and families there.

We spent four days at this resort for our wedding anniversary. We selected the all-inclusive option, which, in my opinion was the best option. The food at this resort is really good. Primarily the dinner options. The Carbon Grill was amazing, as was Neptune. Lunch at the Taco place both at Villa del Arco and del Palmoro were both very, very good. The breakfast buffet at del Arco was okay, we ended up going off site for breakfast for one of the days. The pools at this resort are great, and there was plenty of chairs to sit on around the pool. The only negative was that there were always little kids in the hot tubs (even though there were signs saying children were not permitted) and the staff did nothing about it. Additionally the chairs facing the beach were always claimed early in the morning, within no one actually sitting in them for hours. That was also annoying and the staff did nothing to follow their own rules. This resort is good for families or older people not looking for nightlife. For example, there is no bar in the resort that is open past 8pm. Even the Sports Bar in del Palomar is only open until 10pm. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and respectful. If we go back to Cabo, we will definitely stay there.

This property was really nice and right off the beach. The room was amazing and gave us an upgrade without asking. I would definitely stay here again. Overall the service was great, the only thing I disliked was having to sign a receipt for every time we ate, ordered drinks, or even got a water. A bit annoying because after waiting for your order you had to wait for the “tab” even though we paid for all inclusive and all is included. Luckily upon checkout there was no open tab as all the receipts signed were extremely overpriced. Example 8 tacos and 1 beer the tab would be $118 USD. Definitely recommend to pay for all inclusive as everything is expensive here.
