Staff was friendly and readily available… pools were amazing but sadly pool bars and restaurants close at 5:30pm The day we arrived we complained that our shower was cold and finally on day 3 it was fixed (only for that day) then back to cold again, we complained but it was never fixed

Pools need new pebble tech, too rough to walk, food was not good and overpriced, service charge put into every bill, stayed here many times before never had a complaint til this time. Only consistent thing was staff.
