Got to the hotel around noon from several days at ME Cabo. I was escorted to a private office for check which was fine. They didn’t offer me an early check-in and I didn’t expect it. They said a room would be ready at 3. Looking around the property there were very few guests. In the bar, check-in, pool. At ME Cabo they got me to my room 3 hours early with a flawless check-in procedure. I checked my bags and went downstairs to grab lunch. My server couldn’t have been sweeter and was attentive. The fried chicken tacos (forget many vegan options). They were more like taquitos. Difficult to eat and not even convinced there was chicken in them. A few minutes before 3 I headed upstairs to get my room. I did not feel well as I acquired an enterovirus somewhere during our trip. At 3 o’clock I approached the front desk and was told it would be 15 more minutes. I went and sat on a couch within view of the front desk. At 3:30 I got up and helped myself into the private check-in office and demanded my room. So much for VIP! I felt like a schmuck. This hotel is not cheap and minimally cheaper than ME Cabo and I regret not just staying there. Room was a suite and very nice. In room dining service was good and pizza was fine. It’s mainly a poor check-in experience. Pool scene is meh. Old chairs, small pool. Blaring old 80s hair metal rock. I grew up listening to that music but doesn’t mean I want to keep hearing it at a resort.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Staff gave excellent recommendations on restaurants and shopping. Poolside was amazing and the beach at this hotel was perfect. The water is very calm and slimming for all ages.

I celebrated my 40th birthday at Casa Dorado so I wanted a resort that wasn't filled with crazy college kids. It was chill and very laid back. The staff was amazing and our room was clean. The only thing I didn't care for was the people trying to convince us to attend a timeshare presentation in the lobby.

My time-share is always in job condition the front desk staff, Monica of Member Services and the pool staff (Emilio, Gabino and Chema) take care of all of our needs. They keep the building looking great, the vegetation, the DJ at the in-door bar and the live music at 12 Tribes are always a treat. They assign the same housekeeper for the week. This is a smart idea. Betzaida kept our 2 bedroom apartment emmaculate. She even made towel toys for my grandson.

We had the best stay. It was a quick trip, but Casa Dorada was perfect in every way. If I had to pick one thing that wasn't perfect, it would be minor, but it would be that the pool temperature was too warm. Other than that we don't have any complaints. The location can't be beat, walkable to everything we needed. We couldn't believe how attentive the beach staff was - kept our beers cold and flowing and our shade umbrella in just the right spot - spoiled us. Perfect stay, looking forward to going back.

This was our third time in CSL, our first at Casa Dorada. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The staff is amazing - friendly, helpful, attentive, and made the effort to ensure we were having a great stay! The food was good, the wait staff was on point. So many folks to give a shout out to for the excellent service!! We loved that would could walk a few steps and be on the beach, and when ready to switch to the pool-it's just right there. Great property, not overly crowded and easy walk to the marina. One thing is prices are ridiculous a 10oz margarita was 16.88 us and the same beer was 12 dollars. The only time to buy drinks is happy hour when it’s 2 for price of one, which actually makes it what the price should be. Other than that rooms and pool were excellent

I really like Casa Dorada the service was great everyone was really nice, helpful and welcoming All inclusive was a little pricey but the food was good. However I wouldn’t purchase AI again room service is not included and so many great local restaurants, defeats the All Inclusive. Location is convenient I felt very safe, it’s on a swimmable beach, lots of water activities right on the beach. Within a 10-15 minute walking radius you have a multitude of restaurants, a mall, Walmart, the marina, and downtown. This review isn’t a 10/10 because of the Mango Deck is located right behind the property on the beach. That being said the very loud music gets started daily around 12pm, complete with a yelling DJ on the mic and the drunken crowd screaming and cheering nonstop until about 10pm. It’s difficult to relax on your balcony, at the pool, hot tub or fire pit with Project X in full swing Monday through Sunday. Don’t get me wrong I like to party but everyday all day is a bit much for families with small children. We stayed on the end behind the club and the noise is loud even with the windows closed. If you are traveling with small children I suggest requesting a room furthest away from the club so that the music won’t interfere with naps or bedtimes. The resort should make this accommodation automatic when they get reservations of families with kids or at the very least give a warning. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

This week was our first time at Casadorada in Cabo and it was absolutely fabulous. The customer service was fantastic- everyone was so kind and we received not one but two calls asking if they could do anything to make our stay better! Yes you can hear the music from the Mango Deck but it didn't bother us at all! It's so clean, the rooms are large and the view is stunning. The food was great, we did not do Al because we wanted to explore but what we ate there was great. Our favorite waiter was Sergio ❤️

Overall, we had a great experience. There was a miscommunication at the beginning, but they fixed it the next day and the rest of our stay was excellent. The resort GM and team went out of their way to ensure we had excellent customer service. We appreciate it. Thank you!

it was very noisy outside of the property and on the beach. Also, hotel does a lot of price gauging - tea is 8$, margarita (bad quality) - 20$. Also food was not good.

We try to visit Cabo 3-4 times a year. We always go to Casa Dorada. The resort is always beautiful and clean but it's really the staff that keeps us coming back. We are treated like family there.

Check in was a breeze and welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to be steps from massages on the beach, great local eateries and bars. We had the junior suite. It had a beautiful view. This is my 5th time to Cabo and stayed at some beautiful resorts. I have to say the location of this one overshadows the others I’ve stayed at. If you just want to relax on the beach and swim in the ocean without having to take carts or a longgggg walk back to the room (especially when you forget something) this is a great small mini resort. The junior suite had everything we needed. It comes fully stocked if your a cook. (We didn’t cook). Furniture is not modern but not dated. It just feels like an authentic Mexican resort. Beds & couches are clean & comfy. In fact the room was spotless. It was jus the hubby and me but we are planning another quick getaway with the kids. Are booking here again but getting the garden floor room so the kids have easy access to the pool. I didn’t mention that they have a mini play structure perfectly located next to kids water play area, bar & fire pit. I also can not rate on all inclusive. We opted out. Filled my water canister 😉 and had some very delicious food in the many local spots. Best of luck and safe travels!

We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean, staff were all attentive and it was in a perfect central location. The pool and beach club were excellent. The sushi and pizza bar had amazing dishes and we thoroughly enjoyed the drink service around the resort. We had great poolside snacks and cocktails - nothing was ever an issue. Would recommend this resort to anyone

Rafael was the best bar experience, he gave me a great birthday celebration with drinks. The Italian restaurant do not remember the guy waiter name. I was about to leave. He surprised me a birthday cake. When people go the extra mile, with me just saying its my birthday made my experience the best. I also enjoyed the location, the view , people at registration was nice, and the extra towels request It made my 4 day stay the best.

Beautiful rooms and staff great. Very noisy nightclub right in front of property. Unbearable after several days. The food and drinks very expensive but the views and location fantastic, Refrigerator and freezer did not work and they tried to sell us timeshares which is very annoying

Pros: The food and the service was excellent. We did the All Inclusive package and never ran out of delicious things to try. The service was also amazing. We particularly enjoyed Monica, Jonathan, Chema, Sandra, Omar, and Miquel. Little Cons (and I’m almost embarrassed to say): The bathroom lighting was horrendous. The music at the pool was replayed every day; the same songs. Other than that, the beach was excellent as well as the views from Breakfast and Dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our five day stay.
