I want to go back!
Great spot and really enjoyed the roof terrace. But we arrived at night and had a lot of difficulty locating the condo. There are no street signs or house numbers. And we couldn’t pull up the maps because of poor internet that night. Next trip we will download a map on our phones.

Property is quiet and close to beaches and town. Make every effort to arrive during daylight. Google maps makes it hard to find. Lock box needs updating, too hard to open. Beds are soft. Pillows are flat. Roof top terrace is a nice touch. Bring mosquito spray and repellent. Host is very responsive.

Beautiful place, excellent location
Property was very clean, no elevator and it’s on the third floor but it didn’t bother us. Great pool area with outdoor patio (we brought our own chairs down for seating) bathrooms had soap and shampoo and toilet paper. The mattresses could be updated in the bedrooms (they weren’t too comfortable with two people sleeping in them). Overall a great location, driveable to many restaurants and the beach

Basic but worth a look
We stayed for 2 nights in this apartment in Cabo Rojo area. Close to all local beaches and sights. The location felt safe and check-in process was a breeze. Air conditioning worked well, the place was clean and we never used the rooftop terrace. This said, small details are overlooked and apartment overall was very basic. Obviously, this is an investment property with little pride of ownership. Utensils and dishes are sparse and incomplete, towels are secondhand and all different, and furniture sufficient, but not exactly comfortable. We had one maintenance issue was quickly resolve to the local property mgr jumping into action. Thanks again Jimmy! This apt is worth consideration if “basic” meets your rental benchmark.

Quiet location; close to beaches
Wonderful penthouse condo in quiet location just 5 mins to Combate Beach and restaurants. Also close to Cabo Rojo lighthouse, Playa Sucia, and Boquerón Beach. The listing was exactly as pictured. Bathrooms and kitchen have been recently remodeled. Air conditioning units worked wonderfully, although one of us slept with open windows and ceiling fan (nice to wake up to song of local birds and roosters). Loved the rooftop terrace and relaxing in the hammocks at sunset. Large cooler available for beach outings. I would make just a few minor suggestions: 1) need new towels and more of them. Not even enough if 6 people stay. Also, no hand towels or wash clothes available. 2) need more beach towels and chairs. Only 1 beach chair. 3) need a coffee table in the living room. But for the price, we had a great stay!

We advised the owner directly via text of items we found needed attention and unfortunately did not get a direct response we’re not tended to and later charged for the previous guests’ incidentals. Broken door knob, usable but fragile cracked coffee pot and loose toilet seat. We would not recommend this property for the lack of attention to detail from the property manager or cleaning crew.

Incredible stay!
From the moment we walked into Puerto Salinas, it was clean and beautiful at first site. The roof top pent house was incredible with views of the ocean! The rooms were spacious, it was like being home but on vacation! The beaches were 5 minutes away. We had a blast and would without a doubt recommend it to all and will stay again soon!

I love this condo.
We had a great time. Everything was super clean. The only downside was the gate at the entrance was not working properly. And the unit can use and update. Everything else was fabulous.

El lugar que alquile muy bonito, moderno, limpio y como lo esperaba. Televisor en la sala y el cuarto, baños modernos. Me encanto el lugar. Solo que no pude disfrutarlo ya que la nevera no servía a nos dieron otro apartamento para pasar la noche, pero de ahí tuvimos que irnos al otro día para un tercer apartamento ya que llegaban nuevos clientes así que el 3 er apto muy bonito pero un tercer piso y habían demasiadas escaleras para subir. Nuestro fin de semana de descanso se convirtió en una constante mudanza y realmente no pudimos disfrutar nada. Pero la atención del administrador muy atento. Y agradecemos que hizo todo lo posible por resolvernos.

Over all the apartment was nice. It's about 5 min drive to town and food. The kitchen sink faucet was broken but usable and the quest bathroom could have been cleaner. This complex has about 100 apartmens we had the place to ourselves other than one other apartment. Would suggest adding curtians to the bedroom a lot of light coming in bedrooms. Beds where soft. Would recommend highly for a group to hang out on roof top very nice

Our stay in Boqueron.
The property was located in very good and safe location and your plan is not to leave the immediate area the location is ideal. In our case we had family throughout the island and did a lot of traveling out of the area. The unit was equipped with everything one would need such as towels and kitchen items. However, we noted some items such as lights and tools in kitchen drawers. Jimmy the property manager, was a pleasure to work with. He stayed in constant communication with us and was always available in times of need. The property bonus was the private roof top terrace, we enjoyed it. We loved our stay and would recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation in Boqueron Puerto Rico.
