Whenever we had requests, ie: extra hangers, small fridge, etc., they were delivered to the room promptly--amazing service! Returning to our room each night to see the bed "turned-down" and bottled water and a chocolate left for us was a classy touch!

Exceptional value for your dollar! The hotel & casino both are very well maintained, clean; the staff in every area friendly and accomodating. The fitness facility, pool area and the health spa are all superb and well-run. One of the best deals in Greater Palm Springs and just a few short minutes to downtown PS.

My wife and I have stayed in many hotels and hotels/ casinos in the last few yearsand this was by far the best customer service we have ever had! All staff, the front desk, security, food service,valet, dealers, and the spa were wonderful. It was a nice surprise to receive such consistently incredible service at such a reasonable rate. Some of the big expensive hotels in Vegas and elsewhere could learn a lot from the Casino Morongo. In addition the hotel was very clean, the food was very good, and the shopping at the nearby outlets mall was excellent! The only drawback to our trip was we were unable to utilize the wonderful pool area, as the weather was unseasonably cold. However there were numerous great golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the resort. We are sure to return in the future.
