Girls night out

Posted 17-May-2015
Pros: It was very clean and not a strong smell of smoke.
Cons: The staff at restaurants. Had a issue at two different places we ate.
Location: Didn't venture out so can't comment.
Made reservation over a month in advance for 2 queens since there was 4 of us. They only had a king available. Wasn't happy and said so. The manager heard me and gave us a room with 2 queens. The room was ok but for the cost expected more. A/C didn't work well and room was small. Concert was great and spending time with special friends.

It was a good experience. The only concern I have was how smoky it got in some of the areas. The hotel offers a lot of interesting things for a good variety of clients.

Nice large quiet room

The hotel was nice. Beds were very comfy! Elevators wre fast. My only negative would be the smoke in the casino was pretty bad. And there was not a no smoking area which I found odd.

First timers

Posted 29-Mar-2015
Pros: The gym, the pool area / Lazy River and many restaurant choices. We did not use the spa, but it looked really nice.
Location: HUGE varied outlet mall was nearby. The Hotel is close to the freeway if you needed to "go into town" for some reason.
We ended up here on a whim. We are not gamblers, there were plenty of things to do in the hotel and in the surrounding area. The smoke in the casino floor - which you had to pass by was handled nicely through a super ventilation system. There is NO non smoking section to gamble in.

Close gambling gettaway

Posted 28-Mar-2015
Pros: The rooms are so nice and clean. The gaming area is well arranged. There's many options for dining.
Cons: The price of liquor should be less for those gambling. Not asking for free like Laughlin or Vegas. But it would be more gambling friendly.
Location: We like the option of the nearby shopping outlets.
It was such a fun way to celebrate my son's birthday at this hotel, and with his friends.

hotel good...did not feel "resort fee" is warranted! Check-in, Guest Services, restaurants located on casino level are too smoke filled for one with COPD...I WILL NOT STAYAT THE HOTEL AGAIN.

Pros: The convenience of getting around with an electric scooter for my husband. The staff was veryhelpful putting my husband's scooter in the trunk.
Cons: We had a handicapped room and when you showered the water went under the shower curtain and put water on the bathroom floor.
Location: Our grandson enjoyed the outlets and that made us happy.
We enjoyed staying here very much. We came to this casino when it didn't even have a hotel many years ago.

Great place to unwind

Posted 25-Mar-2015
Pros: The casino credit given to us at check-in was nice as we parlayed this into a couple of nights' worth of entertainment. The pool area was very nice.
Cons: Easier access to the parking lot from the hotel. No smoking areas for the casino perhaps?
Location: We went to the Big Morongo nature preserve which was a very nice drive and hike in the desert. Shopping at outlet malls was good.
We were very pleased with the Morongo as it had great facilities and a variety of dining choices on site and in the vicinity. The room was clean and comfortable, and the reception desk gave us the option of being away from the elevator to reduce traffic noise. The one challenge that this hotel has is that the parking garage is on the other side of the casino from where the hotel elevators are, and unless you make use of the complimentary valet parking, you have to drag your luggage a long way. The pool facilities were very nice, and the lazy river was a great way to relax, but there was very little shade available in the pool area.

Great staff, room was large

Posted 22-Mar-2015
Pros: Large and clean rooms
Cons: More bathroom counter space
Location: 20 minutes to downtown Palm Springs and 5 minutes to major outlet shopping
Staff was very caring and efficient. Room was larger than expected and bathroom was exceptionally large and well stocked.
