Morongo Hotel

Posted 21-Jul-2014
Pros: The rooms were modern and large.
Cons: Add more $5 tables.
Location: Everything you need is in the casino already.
I had a GREAT stay at the Morongo Hotel and Casino. The staff was professional and courteous. My only complaint is that they only have ONE low wager table available in the entire casino. So if I'm not comfortable wagering 15 or 25 dollars per hand then I just can't play at all (STINKS). Other than that the place was wonderful.

great weekend getaway

More fun than a vegas Casino. Book a cabana in the pool area, it makes for a great day. Take the hotel shuttle (picks up evey hour) to the outlets for some great deals Will be going back later this summer

Everything was better than most hotels. I've traveled for biz for many years and been to many of the gambling hotels in Vegas. I would rate Morongo at the top for everything except the food in the food court. Tried a couple of venues and salt seemed to be the main ingredient. Everything else was at the top.

Room and facility was great, food not so much

Posted 28-Oct-2013
Pros: Very clean, full of fun even for a non gambler
Cons: The Noodle Bar - horrible experience
Location: Just passing through for business
I ordered a carry out #1 sweet and sour chicken at The Noodle Bar . It was flavorless, so I went back downstairs and talked to the manager and they made me another. The second time around was just as bad. I had too long of a day to go back for the 3rd time, so I ended up throwing it away. I wouldn't recommend The Noodle Bar.

The staff was amazing, could not ask for better. They were there to help 24/7. The most polite people I have encountered at any hotel. Cielo Restaurant was horrible, but that is the only negative I can say. Can't wait to go back.

Very good hotel at reasonable cost

We only stayed one night on our travel from Las Vegas to Los Angeles and the hotel was all we needed. No complaints whatsoever and I cannot give more proper compliments because we did not spend much time there. Doug, Sydney, Australia
