Nice hotel, not convenient though
This location was nice and enjoyable, but it is located very far away from the city center. This town also has a lot of hills so it’s not easy to get around. The hotel also does not have an elevator and full of stairs so that could be a problem. I wish I would have stayed in the city center.

View and staff were wonderful. Property needs a bit of updating, e.g. use fitted years, repair broken gym equipment in their other hotel across the road (even better, put a gym in this hotel).

The hotel is near beach
The hotel restaurant was expensive compared to quality of food.. The bathromm shower hot and cold water could not be regulated property. It was expensive overall.

Convenient and close to the beach.
While this is great location and a lovely hotel it is 25 years old. No big deal but when I got these my toilet was stuffed and so was my sink, they fixed it promptly and had no problems. I had no telephone 5 out of the 6 days I stayed there because it was broken. I had 2 rooms, the second room never had hot water, they either had to use the shower in my room or tough it out taking a cold shower. The restaurant was great for breakfast but dinner was less satisfying, they don't get many customers so some things like the chocolate ice cream seemed like it was around long time with freezer burn, I couldn't eat it but all the staff was lovely. The hotel had direct access to the beach which was the best.

Awesome view, but not so great hotel
The grounds and exterior of the hotel appears to be well maintained. But as soon as we entered our room, a moldy/rusty smell greeted us. We resorted to buying 2 boxes of incense to burn for our entire stay. Also, we immediately noticed our pillow cases were soiled, so we asked the maids to replace them. They did so without hesitation, and were very helpful in providing additional towels and other things we needed. The condition of our room was terrible. It looked and smelled old. Some of the wood panels were peeling of the frame of the closet, the mirror was dirty and scratched, and the doors had gaps big enough for little critters to come in. So, everyday we killed some mosquitoes to prevent getting bitten. At night, we could hear them buzzing around and woke up restless in the morning. The front desk workers were not very friendly and helpful. They were a bit rude, at times, and not very knowledgeable as they provided us with wrong info pertaining to a boat taxi. The breakfast was just okay. Despite our "not so great" experience with the hotel, we did enjoy the spectacular view from our balcony and the location was perfect. Easy access to the beach and Lili's restaurant. Lili's served fresh grilled seafood. We had lobsters, calamari & shrimp....YUM!) Overall, we do not recommend Colonna Park Hotel, but highly recommend the location if you're looking for some beach/water activities at daytime and relaxation at nighttime. Just be sure to book another hotel.

Best in Buzios
This is our third visit to Buzios. We avoided staying here before due to the reviews, but I have no idea how anyone could write a negative review about the place. We loved it!!! The view from our balcony was spectacular. There was access to 2 beaches, just steps from our room. The breakfast was great. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful views. The hotel staff was always smiling and very friendly. A must is to walk down to Praia Joao Fernandes and eat at Lili's. Outstanding!!! They catch the fish and lobster daily and grill it right on the beach. If you are on the beach in early morning, you can watch them pull in the nets and see the catch for the day. We will stay at this hotel again.

Un coin de paradis
Hôtel avec piscine, accès direct à deux plages avec resto, pour l’une d’elles, club de plongée. Personnel très Sympa, patio intérieur magnifique, petit déjeuner impeccable. 70 chambres avec quasiment toutes une terrasse avec une vue océan sublime. Au bout de la presqu’île à 2km de rua das Pedras.

Otima localização. Ótimo custo benefício. Café com qualidade e variedade ok. Cama boa, mas antiga, com pontos mais fundos. Banheiro espaçoso. O restaurante não é barato, mas dentro do padrão de preços que se encontra pela cidade. Dificilmente há hotel do mesmo padrão nesse valor.

O hotel precisa de pequenas reformas nos quartos. A limpeza dos quartos é horrível, o chão estava cheio de areia e tinha água debaixo da cama. O ponto forte do hotel é a vista dos quartos e o acesso que tem as duas praias( João Fernandes e João Fernandinho).

Decepcionante. A virtude da pousada é a localização entre duas lindas praias. Não havia estacionamento garantido no local, tive que deixar o carro na rua onde fui multado. A pousada está antiga e descuidada, areas com aspecto de abandono. Além disso, tudo extremamente caro no cardápio (cerveja long neck 17 reais, uma dose de destilado 70 reais, um prato de frango pra duas pessoas 180 reais). Há uma incoerência entre o que prometem e o que entregam! É isso!

Lugar incrível.
Fica em uma praia maravilhosa, basta descer o hotel que você já está com pé na areia!! Café da manhã muito bom, limpeza impecável, atendimento ótimo!!! Só a televisão que não tinha canais aberto, fora isso, foi perfeito!

Um hotel muito bonito, com uma localização privilegiada entre duas praias, uma mais tranquila E outra um pouco mais agitada, com acesso direto do hotel. A vista dos quartos é simplesmente maravilhosa, é pra contemplar. O atendimento foi muito bom só não gostei muito da roupa de cama que parecia muito usada, mas não tira o brilho da estadia, mas eu pediria um pouco mais de atenção a isso, Porque beirou a perfeição

O Hotel é lindo. Porém quando cheguei a recepcionista Aline me atendeu com ar de indiferença, a minha reserva nao estava no sistema, informei que tinha comprado um quarto com hidro e a recepcionista parecia duvidar mesmo eu mostrando a categoria do quarto na confirmação e as fotos do quarto. Para minha surpresa desagradável, quando cheguei na porta quarto que escolhi estava desarrumado. Tive que aguardar, fui ate a praia tranquilamente enquanto aguardava a arrumação. E pra piorar a situação, quando fui efetuar o check-out passei por constrangimento, pois o recepcionista informou que minha conta estava aberta e nao queria me liberar mesmo eu apresentando o recibo da compra e mostrando a fatura do cartao de crédito COM O VALOR PAGO!!! FALTA ATENÇAO NO TRATAMENTO COM OS CLIENTE, ME SENTI CONSTRANGIDA SENDO COBRADA DE ALGO QUE JA TINHA PAGO E NO CHECK-IN MEU QUARTO NEM ARRUMADO ESTAVA. ABSURDO!

Hotel muito bom
Excelente localização. O hotel tem um restaurante com pratos deliciosos. Sempre que vou a Buzios, me hospedo nesse hotel (já me hospedo há mais de 20 anos), vale super a pena almoçar no hotel, com a vista linda. Atendimento excelente. Super recomendo e continuo voltando sempre. O único porém, é o boxe que é pequeno.

A vista é show, somente isso.
Apenas a vista do quarto família valeu a pena o restante nao foi satisfatório. Muitas escadas, camas ruins, serviço de quarto ruim, café da manha ruim, obs. estava escorrendo água do ar condicionado em cima da comida e só tiraram depois que avisei o garçom, ele levou para a cozinha e trouxe a bandeja seca, acredito que ele apenas removeu a água e trouxe a mesma comida ao bifê, pedi uma taça ao copeiro e estou esperando até hoje, em fim, localização boa porem sem estrutura.
