“A Fantastic Wilderness Resort”

We wanted something different from the usual holiday and this resort provided just that. It is in the middle of the wilderness of Coron, Palawan 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from town. We woke up to the sound of the birds, cicadas and goanas (tuko). The staff are welcoming and ready to please so we felt very relaxed. We booked all of our tours from the hotel desk which assured a hassle free trip to town to meet our tour guides and outrigger boats (banca) each time. The driver met us after our tours and took us back to the resort. The resort has its own pool and spa which we used everyday after island hopping and snorkelling. The food in the restaurant is authentic Filipino (Kapampangan as the owner is from Pampanga, we were informed). My fiance is from Scotland and he enjoyed the bistek, pork chop and adobo. We ordered our dinners whilst lazing in the pool to ensure that it is ready by 7pm.
