Motel is in a great location; maybe 3 to 5 minutes walk to Busan Station. The area is loaded with eateries/ restaurants. The only negative I didn’t like is I receive a call from the front desk for my vehicle key so they could move it for others to park. They then asked if I had planned on using my car during my stay, in which I replied no. They then took my car from the hotel to an offsite garage. I just did not like having my car out of my view. I could not even fuel up the night prior to my departure. Long story short, the car was a rental and when I returned it, there was a bruise on the drivers side fender. All I know is that I didn’t do it.

This is a very functional hotel. You do have to walk through a small parking garage to get to the main desk, which is a small window. The rooms are small, but adequate. The window faces the wall of another building, so there was not much direct sunlight (4th floor). However, everything was clean and the floors were tile. The wireless internet was a little slow, but there is a desktop computer in the room and a big LCD TV. I would easily stay here again, as it is literally within 100 yards of the train station.

I enjoyed my stay in Top Motel. The motel is located in the very center of Busan right next to the Busan Station where many high speed trains depart and arrive. It is also 5 minutes walk from the Chinatown and the Ferry Passenger Terminal. It is also 3 minutes walk from metro line #1 which makes it extremely easy to visit the Gamcheon Culture Village, the Jagalchi Market or the Gukje Market. One thing on the negative side though is that the neighborhood is not that pretty. But there are many convenience stores nearby. Checking in and checking out was pretty easy by the way. I just walked in and in a few minutes I got the keys, then I just dropped off the keys when I checked out. This made me question though how secure is the hotel, but I didn't have any issues with neither the staff nor the other guests. The room was the same as on the pictures and it was clean and well equipped. But there was nothing to see from my room. So don't expect a great view to the sea. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

great location, walking distance to metro subway, convenience store is just next door, staff allows us to keep our luggage there after check out while we going out for last stroll at busan before moving to seoul. recommended place to stay.

Good location
The location is busy and perfect for activities, getting around, and convenience. There are smoking rooms on the same floor as non smoking so you should probably open a window when you get in. They clean every day if you want and there is a lot of outlets

convenient place to travel and stay in busan
near to busan station pretty decent hotel. room service and counter staff never seems to be around, but it was fine. water pressure and temperature was perfect for a quick shower or a long soak in the tub.

Comfortable room close to Busan station
Helpful staff and reasonably comfortable rooms. Room is not big but it's got what you need except big towels are not provided. Staff can't speak much English but we had no problem settling down since everything was prepared. The whole street is full of motels but this one is definitely the cheap and comfortable option to go.

Convenient n cheap lodging at Busan train station
Just 5 mins from Busan Train Station, offers great convenience and many food options Its exterior may look sleazy like a KTV, but the motel is actually clean, quiet and safe. Low price allowed us, 2 ladies to book a room each for more space. The price of 2 rooms still ended up cheaper than sharing one room of a 3 star hotel, just a few buildings away.

Love Motel????
It started off on a negative note--I was not prepared for the condoms and massage oil that was given in my welcome packet but the staff was very nice and the room was very clean. The neighborhood was close to the KTX line and I was able to get in a lot of walking and take a lot of pictures. There were many wonderful restaurants close by and a lot to do.

It was clean, close to Busan station and good value. It's abit dark in the halls. On one of the nights we were woken by an amorous couple next door checking in at 3am and leaving not long after. Wouldn't say it was a love hotel but it's used as a convenient stop for couples. They also give you an amenities pack with condoms and lady wash amongst the usual toothbrush and razor.

Good location and very clean motel
It is a bit difficult finding the motel at first. Location of the motel is good - 2 mins walk to the airport limousine bus stop, to busan subway station and also to busan rail station. Many restaurant and convenient shop 1 min away.

The room was basic, so do not expect a lot. It was overall clean, but the blanket had some stains and needed to be replaced. Check in was fine and easy, but when we went back down to ask a question there was no one to be found. Basic Korean motel experience.

Worth for what you have paid
It's close to Busan Metro Station & Train Station, very convenient for going to different tourist attractions. And there is a convenient store near by, you can buy your breakfast there if you go out very early. The room is big enough and clean. But one thing bad is there are mosquitoes in the room every day. My legs have been bite many times. It seems the mosquitoes exist everywhere in Busan. And the motel should provide Bath Towels but not Face Towels.

Fabulous Motel, closed to Busan Station
Great location, helpful and cheerful staff. Busan Station and Busan City Tour only 3 and 2 minutes walk. Convenient stores everywhere. Big flat screen TV and each room provided with PC.

It's a basic Korean hotel.
This place is pretty no frills. Korean hotels are more like staying at a friend's house than an actual hotel, so, by that standard this place is right on. Decently clean, the a/c worked well, and the man at the desk was very friendly. It's pretty much all you need from a place to crash.

The stay at Top Motel was great considering the value of the cost. It is very convenient, right beside Busan Station for the high speed train to Seoul and other parts of Korea, as well as Busan Station for the subway (metro), as well as many buses to the parts of the city. Top Motel is close to Yongdusan Park and Jagalchi Market (2 subway stops away). There is a personal computer and internet for every room. Cleanliness is good. Beds are comfy. The area is safe. Very quiet. There are 2 deli-markets located beside the motel - therefore convenient. It is not a "" real "" hotel in the sense that it does not have a real hotel lobby, nor "" room service "", nor a "" spa "", etc ... it does not have service ... nor "" hotel amenities "" nor does the receptionist speak English that well. However, for the cost of the room, it is a great deal. Regarding the rooms, there are two choices, standard and deluxe. The only difference is the deluxe is slilghtly larger in the room and also in the bathroom. For couples, it would be better for the deluxe due to the larger room. For a single person, a standard room is my recommendation.

The motel was good for what we paid for it. The rooms smelled like cigarettes but they were otherwise clean. You can't beat the location, it's a 2 minute walk to the KTX station and Nampodong is very close by. I would stay here again.

As most of Korean hotels and motels, the room is clean and tidy with provided items for your comfort. However, the room does not have enough light and I do not have safety feeling. The staff is not helpful due to limited English. Only one thing I like is the location which is close to Busan train and bus station. I recommend to book at Toyoko inn locating right next to the station even you pay a little bit more.

GREAT LOCATION!
We had a great stay. This is the first time we stayed in a Korean hotel. It was a great price for our budget and it was next to everything we needed. We arrived at night but did not miss the hotel because it was lit in blue. It is two min walk away from the KTX station and from the subway.The room was good and clean. They had water in the fridge for us and also gave us a packet with toothbrushes and other things. We enjoyed our stay!
