It was not a good trip because we chose the wrong hotel.
The room was quite small, we didn't feel comfortable. Some other rooms were not suitable due to see-through bathroom door. They didn't provide enough toiletries, we had to ask every day at the reception desk. The first day we asked about ironing, they didn't have it. The next day they still didn't help us. We didn't expect anything worse could happen with that incomplete service for basic daily requirement.
The last day, we had to update the web browser while we uploaded our files to google drive. The computer restarted and we LOST ALL files (*&%(#$$#@)^&(. We gave up trying to get back those file since it was time to get to airport.
We paid via Hotels.com. However, we asked for receipt, they couldn't give us. We left an email address and the amount of payment and kept calling for the next 3 days to remind to send us the receipt. We still did NOT receive any email. When we called, they talked in Korean and pretended not understand English. They even hung up the call sometimes.
It's the first time we feel so unsatisfied about the trip that we don't plan to visit Korea again.
It's also the first time we write a bad review for a hotel to warn the other travelers looking for this hotel.
