I made an all-paid reservation for 3 people, but on arrival was forced to pay an additional fee. The man working the counter basically said if it was an issue I should bring it up with expedia. Also the room had a mildew stench and was lacking a third set of towels, and the type of bathroom mess kit that is common among motels in Korea.

This hotel was incredible. It was located in a great spot, easy to walk around and literally right in front of the metro exit! The staff was really friendly and the room was very clean and there was a lot of space!

The pictures are terribly misleading. This is a run down hotel with very few redeeming features. Air con was broken, massive holes in the walls, shower flooded room, window didn’t lock, door was left unlocked after they cleaned, unprofessional situation at front desk, heavy stained mould in the shower...I could go on. We left and booked into another hotel as soon as we saw our door was unlocked.

Comfortable room for staying, equipped with computer, huge bath tub and huge bed (king suze or bigger). Perfect for couple (no separator/door between bath tub and common area).

Recommended!
Very helpful English speaking staff. Spacious room but quite dark as no windows. Bathroom with large bathtub and shower. Large bed, but I was quite cold at night as there were only sheets available in the room. A thicker duvet was available from reception at a small additional charge. Hotel around backstreets and not on a main road but I felt safe as a solo female and don’t have any problems. Recommended!

Thank you for taking your precious time to review us. Our hotel has central heating system and it is on and off on regular basis, but we can turn it on if any of our guests need. Good stay at 25 Hour Hotel
Location is convenient to many places as the subway is just a couple of minutes walking distande to hotel. Hotel is warm enough in winter.

Not again...
The room is spacious but the condition was poor. We saw room tiles fall off and left at the corner, floor dirty, bed sheet dirty - More than 5 times that we found hairs on the bed sheet and in our opinion it’s possible that it’s come from different owners and different part of the body! You can imagine. Basement Parking lot is small, so if you happen to stay here we recommend parking at the outdoor parking opposite the hotel, just that you need to leave the car key at reception.

Overall it's not bad, only one thing I want to mentioned is abt shower, the water isn't too hot when u shower at nite, and feel cold. Other than that, it's all good.

Comfy hotel..
The room is big and very comfortable.. It is also very clean and neat.. It is really very peaceful at night so u can have a good night rest.. There is an elevator in the hotel so don’t have to worry about carrying the luggage up to the room..

Accessible location within 2 minute walk of metro. Room was very large and extremely comfortable. Daytime staff spoke very limited english and did not inform us of the breakfast times so missed breakfast all of the days we were staying. Would stay again (especially since we now know the times).

With a little maintenance it would be a great hotel. Breakfast wasn't anything great. Ran out of breakfast food before services stopped. Paid for the upgraded room with a spa tub that didn't work. Another couple's spa tub also didn't work.

Horrible stay so far
The receptionist tends to be in the room behind the reception counter, I believe he monitors the cctv in there. I waited for like 15 mins after my arrival for him to show up. And, I got assigned a room higher level, no comment initially. Once settled down and relax, I went it the bathroom, the first sight was great, acceptable, and there it came to me a really…speechless…. Foul smelling odor, like urea and something organic’s decaying from nowhere (I suspected the air ventilation system). I couldn’t take it, went down to the counter and requested to change my room, and I got the room next to it, went up, checked, looked fine, smaller but ok, as long as I can get rid of the smell I’m cool with it. The next morning, the same smell resurfaced, I even can smell it on the bed. speechless, know what, I tried my every best not to use the bathroom, just hold myself tight as possible to the washroom in either station or shopping mall. I tried opening the window, turning on air conditioning, and sprayed mosquitoes spray provided at every corner in the bathroom, hoping it makes the odor gone, no, it didn’t work at all. Horrible experience, I felt like I was trapped in some horror house for some dreadful game, I saw dark color walls, dimmed light, dark corridor, weird & uncomfortable paintings on the wall, and foul urea smell around me. Luckily I made the cut and comment.

Convenient and clean hotel
The hotel is very close to the train station. There is a lift so we don't have to carry our luggages up the stairs to the rooms. The room is clean and of comfortable size. The place has heater, including the bathroom and toilet seat. Good for winter season.

Conveniently located close to subway
Hotel receptionist speak very poor English, often have to use hand gesture and google translate. But still they do their best to accomodate our request. The interior be it lobby or lift or walkway from lift to room was all painted in black, doesn't look pleasant. Good thing is the room was very big with giant TV, suitable for travellers with huge luggage. Every room equip with high speed wi-fi and PC with cable internet, but the mouse was not functioning. Toilet sliding door was poorly maintain, does not close tightly, water tends to splash out and flood the whole area. House keeping was not done daily, have to inform receptionist to do it every morning.

Hotel room is big. Room come with a bath tub, and computer as well. Counter staff don't speak English but will still try their best to assist. Notice that they don't have daily housekeeping. Will need to inform them to do housekeeping. Otherwise near to metro and walking distance (10mins) to Seomyeon district.

Good design, poor service
The design of the hotel is good, a rarity in Korea. However, service was poor. English skills with staff were not great, which made advice and general help impossible. House keeping was the worst I have experienced, with my room not being cleaned on two occasions, house keeping repeatedly entering the room at night when it had already been cleaned and items being removed from the room. To be honest, I would chose somewhere else.

Wanted a overnight getaway from the kids. Stayed overnight here when we were staying with the in-laws in Busan. Kind of in a not so dynamic area, but very close to metro (3 minute walk, Exit 6). Then we were one stop from some of the city center shopping and activities.

Rather new, nice hotel
Location is quite convenient. Near to subway station and can walk to bustling Seomyeon area. Lobby is quite small but has nice free coffee. The room has quite a nice size, huge TV, nice bathroom with jacuzzi. However, we have requested for 3 person sharing, but the room has only a big King-size bed without extra bed. So we had to squeeze on 1 bed.

25 Hours Hôtel, where the hours count.
Almost windowless room, shuttered from the inside. The checking time is 5.00 pm. I guess it is practical to accommodate the large "day use" clientele. The plastic protected mattress does not add to comfort and An additional bath towel should not be a luxury.
