“Would stay again.”
We were with a large family group. The breakfast area was spacious and allowed us time together to play cards and eat and visit. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning as well.
“Great Place To Stay”
This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was just as nice this time as last and we will definitely stay again. Rooms are very clean, staff friendly and the breakfast is great not to mention the 24 hour tea and coffee that is available. There is also a good mall just down the street. A winner in our book.
“Affordably priced, well located and clean”
Very pleasant stay - pros: clean room and bathroom, excellent breakfast with friendly hostess, relatively quiet (even with several b-ball teams sharing the hallways), local morning paper provided, kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, good selection of TV channels, conveniently located to the Mall of America, REI, IKEA, etc. Cons: room was rather small
“Simple hotel but very nice, had all amenities needed for a great stay”
First interaction with the front female desk clerk very helpful and courteous. Prompt with requests ie. extra cot needed (as soon as done checked-in went to get cot). When asked for directions ie; places to shop, sightsee and eat was extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast meal attendant was very courteous and helpful with questions and complimentary breakfast. Overall stay comfortable,will go back. Aug 30- Sept 1, 2009...

This was a very nice hotel. Great value for the price and location.
“Would definitely stay again!”
My husband and I stayed with three adult daughters and two grandsons. After checking in we enjoyed the pool area which was organized and clean. We brought in takeout for dinner and they let us eat in the breakfast area which we really appreciated. Breakfast the next morning was a nice variety: cereal, fruit, yogurt, muffins, danish, waffles, biscuits and gravy. Overall we thought it was a very good value.
“Burnsville Repeat”
Great Hotel with very nice staff and a decent breakfast buffet-just make sure you do not get put into room 119 which is right next to the lobby, the elevator and the ice machine!
“Hampton Inn Burnsville good choice”
Such friendly employees there! They were very helpful with maps, directions, ideas for dinner. Good breakfast with lots of choices. The cookies by the front desk are a nice touch. Check out Unique Thrift Shop just down the street; it's great!!!
“Best hotel we have stayed in..we will go back again”
Hampton Inn in Burnsville is a great place to stay. It's clean, comfortable, the continental breakfast is great and my daughter loves the cookies in the afternoon. We have stayed here before and we will on our next trip to Minneapolis area.
“Best Hotel I Have Stayed In”
Service was curtious and the people actually smiled and seemed like they wanted to be there helping you. Room was the cleanest and most comfortable I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was a little crowded, but it was Sunday morning and it was free. Easy on/off freeway access was also nice.
