“Great location for Minneapolis zoo and Valley Park”

Very nice Best Western hotel in Burnsville, just south of Minneapolis. Great bar, restaurant, exercise room and swimming pool. Can't remember the last time I stayed in a Best Western, this w as a pleasant surprise. Pet friendly!,

“A nice hotel”

I don't know why this is getting 3 stars. It's not your typical Best Western. It's upscale for their brand. More like staying at a Hilton. I liked it. They need to change the stairs on the pool for disabled patrons so they can walk in.

“Overall New Nice and Clean”

Booked King size bed Room yet didn't honor "3rd party" booked room type. Otherwise very nice. There when outside temps 100 degrees hotel rooms warm. GPS hard time finding hotel. Great staff! Good shopping nearby and food.

“Not impressed”

Hotel was under renovation which I don't have issue with however, they had no phone books in the rooms to order any food. They had no extra pillows or blankets in the room. They had minimal coffee in the room and very little condiments to go with the coffee. Staff at front desk was pleasant but only had one working at a time so check in was lengthy. Pool area had very vew chairs and tables to sit at and what they did have was in shabby condition.
