“Satisfied”
Great hotel with helpful staff
“Perfect for our trip”
Perfect for our stay in Boston..Quick drive to subway station to get us into Boston to explore. Location was quiet and felt safe. Staff was friendly. Room was nice. Perfect for the price.
“Burlington's good stay”
if you like shopping & watching a movie while you stay, this is the choice. Given the price, you can't complain about the service, either.
“Cleanest room I've seen”
The room was in need of refurbishing in the kitchenette, but it was the cleanest room I've seen in a long time and I travel a lot.. Front desk great
“We would definitely go back”
I would recommend this hotel, for sure. It's a fairly priced hotel so don't expect it to have 5 star quality. But the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and when I go to Boston again I'm going to go back there. I would especially recommend this hotel if you're on a budget but still want a nice, somewhat luxurious hotel to stay at. They are very accommodating and is located perfectly! Only 20 miles away from Boston and the hotel is across the street from a mall and right next to a movie theater, restaurant and book store and not too far from a grocery store.
“good hotel”
the room was large. The TV service had a very limited set of channels. I think they wanted to force you into paying for shows. The staff was helpful with suggestions for restaurants.
“save money by cooking in your room”
friendly staff -- good location -- room was ok, full fridge, two each plates cups forks knives spoons. elevators and carpeting were a bit shabby, needed cleaning -- but all in all good place.
“Worth It”
I found myself suddenly out of another hotel, and I was able to get into this one very quickly the next day. They even let me check in several hours early! Everything was pretty comfortable and clean, no issues there. My only real concerns were the shower head that didn't adjust when it was designed to, and that the hallways/sheets smelled of smoke (no non-smoking rooms at the other hotel were my only reason for switching hotels). Overall, not a bad place to be.
“Good if you can handle the bad”
This hotel is pretty good. It is in a great location and the staff is friendly. The major bad parts about this hotel are your NEIGHBORS. I've been staying here for quite some time and got to experience a little bit of everything from the family with kids living above making the walls tremble day and night as they run around all over the place to noisy next door neighbors and cooking freaks whose food can be smelled over the entire floor. Another major bad part is the INTERNET it can get extremely slow and unreliable sometimes.
“Recomended for the price”
Towels have not been changed for 3 days. It could be part of the hotel terms, but still not acceptable for 2 stars.
