The staff is absolutely the best one could expect in helpfulness and treatment of clients. We landed in Burlington very late in the evening and they were there to pick us up within 10 minutes of our phone call to the hotel. The driver was very helpful in answering our questions regarding getting dinner giving us several ideas including the option of refreshments at the hotel.
The grounds and indoor pool are most welcoming and well maintained. We were only sorry that we were only staying for one night.

This will read like a soap opera, but it is absolutely true.I made my reservation about 4 weeks prior to my Burlington visit, and it was made through Expedia . com. When I arrived at your Hotel they could not find my reservation, and naturally I had left my confirmation# at home. After Zack tried his best to recover the res. # through my cell phone and trying other avenues, your manager came over and helped solve the problem. While she worked the computer, Z ack asked me the reason for my visit to Burlington. I told him that my daughter, who lives in Burlington, was hosting a party to celebrate-my 80th birthday-her 50th birthday-my 60th wedding anniversary-her 25th anniv.-her son's graduation from the University of Hong Kong- another son's graduation fr om Burlington HS-her brother in law's 25th anniv. He then asked if my wife would be staying also, and at this point I told him that my wife had just passed away on 10-07-14.I could not have been treated any better. Thanks
