"The Hotel is never the problem. It is your online cancelation process that is a headache! I tried cancelling Wednesday reservation for Tuesday. You never cancelled my reservation or help me change it. I had to pay for Tuesday night stay and I need you to refund my cost"

"A nice hotel in a pleasant area. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and straightforward. The room was very spacious, with a kitchen area and seating area. The bed was comfortable. The entire room was clean and well presented, as was the hotel. I would certainly recommend and stay there again. "
