“Loved It!!”

This hotel is absolutley gorgeous, compared to the other hotel in Laughlin. The beds are extreamly comfortable and we had a great view of the Co. River and the pool. We were there celebrating my 23rd birthday and my friends 21st. They made sure to wish us a Happy Birthday, took extra good care of us and made sure our trip was unforgetable. Which it was =) Although I didn't do nearly as good as my friend did on the roulette table, I still had a blast!

The service was absolutely great and the room was newly renovated. It was probably one of the best rooms ive stayed in.

“Great Value”

We spent just 2 nights in Laughlin so it was a short stay, but very pleasant. The hotel, service and buffet were all better than expected. The price was 1/2 what we had just spent in Lake Havasu. The water taxi was fun, but added up quickly $4 per person each way.

The hotel was very clean, the Hacienda theme is very relaxing, great buffet, they even gave us comps, 2 X1 buffet and 20% store's discount.

We were there during Christmas Holiday. It was comfortable and we will return when we return to Laughlin.

When I arrived the check in staff was fast efficient and extremely friendly. The room was of sufficient size and offered a nice view of the Colorado river. The WIFI in the room was reliable and fast.

“Great family weekend away”

We booked a deluxe room after calling the hotel and finding out that for a few extra dollars you can get a recently renovated room with a large, flat screen TV. The flat screen TV meant less bulky furniture in the room and more room to spread out. We really liked the layout of the hotel: everything to the left of the front desk is smoke-free and everything to the right is smoking. We were able to walk from our room to the pool and beach without having to subject ourselves to overwelming casino smoke. This was a great vacation for our family (we have a 2 year old and a 8 month old). The beach was a big hit. Its location meant it was in the shade in the afternoon and was out of the main current of the river. The sand was great and the hotel provided nice cabanas and lounge chairs, which some people pulled into the water. It is a great place to spend some time with the family.

The check-in desk clerk made extra accommodations to get our room on the same floor as the rest of our family & even made sure we got the same package plan as them.

“Economy Honeymoon”

The hotel has some very nice, clean and affordable rooms (not luxurious, though)giving your overall stay a "comfy" feeling. Central tower river view is excellent and highly recommended. Beach access is perfect. There is plenty of room for bathing or sunbathing. There is a watercraft rental business on the lot to rent seadoos and a dock to take the water taxi to any other location. My wife and I had a fine time dining within the hotel as well. They had a great cafe and very fancy restaurant inside. A separate adult and kids pool was a plus. The only thing missing was a nearby convenience store.
