I understood this is one of old hotel. But the it was not that bad based upon the price wise. Good Restaurants & Clean circumstances. Looking for the room with jacucci, but they did not. The Only thing I like to mention to you was, Nosie protections were not good. I heard the other room's conversation.

The property was conveniently located and whole it did have a river virw it was at an angle with no balcony. A balcony riverview would have been nicer.

When booking my stay, I searched for properties that were pet friendly Expedia showed The Aquarius Casino Resort, BW Premier Collection as pet friendly. After checking into the hotel, they told me I couldn't have my dog as they weren't pet friendly. They wouldn't refund my money as it was booked through Expedia.

The Casino has terrible ventilation and the smoke is so heavy it's suffocating. The rooms are better but it's impossible to escape.

My stay here was prolly the worse stay ever the room keys wouldn't work and the room looked like it wasn't properly cleaned with other people's belongings. ( Have pictures of it) Pillows had black marks and yellow stains all over them and I notified the front desk multiple times. Tv wasn't working and took forever for someone to check it. I understand that they get busy but waiting 5 hours for someone to check and that was because I went downstairs to see what was going on after calling from my room. Overall experience was horrible

I was given an outdated room, which was supposed to have a King bed, they changed it to 2 queens. Room looked very outdated. The elevators took more than 15 minutes to get to my floor to go to bottom floor for check out.

We didn’t like the smoke in the casino. The check in was in the casino and you have to walk thru there to restaurants. Even though I showed my ID, the clerk had an entirety different person when she gave me my room. I asked for a receipt at checkout and got one… but it was for a different person.

The hotel room was great, the staff was great, and it's a really nice hotel. The only downsides were... 1) Still required to pay the pesky daily resort fee, and I don't know what that includes. 2) Wifi, which I needed to use in the room, was advertised as free. However, when signing in, the free option is at 5MB. It was so slow that I went back to using my cell phone (and the hotel was not crowded at all, so there weren't a bunch of people using it).
