It was a fine place to stay. Breakfast included, close to many attractions. The rooms smelled a bit and aor conditioning units really need to be cleaned, they were filthy.

Paint coming off walls everywhere, mould in shower. Relatively clean and nice staff. Fire alarm went off several times, including the middle of the night.

This was honestly my worst hotel experience ever. I was hopeful after reading so many positive reviews but was sorely disappointed. The room itself and also carpets throughout were filthy. It was so noisy we were not able to sleep. You could hear the phone at the front desk ringing throughout the night and one room nearby had their tv blaring until 4am. I will not be returning.

There were some loud people but obviously you can't control that. Sleep Inn motels are always our place of choice when traveling.

Room was clean and met my needs. I chose this hotel as they offer long term parking and airport shuttle service. However their vans are in terrible condition and they are not responsive for airport pickups. I will not stay there again for this reason.

Bathroom shower every bad condition. Hallways totally dirty, smells bad and carpet damaged. Breakfast options not to good.

The staff at the front desk was VERY helpful and friendly, as were other staff we met. The Hot Tub/Spa was very large and great to relax in. We did not notice any aircraft noise when we were there. The planes may have been using the other runway. Good spot for "stopover accommodation"

Our room was big and spacious. For an older hotel they've done a good job keeping it clean and presentable. The bed was comfy and it was a good affordable option for staying for a few nights.

Overall, i gave it a good rating. The parking lot is riddled with large potholes. The walls in the rooms are paper thin. I heard everything that was gojng on next door including their phone notifications and their snoring!

I wasnt expecting a breakfast and a coffee bar that was open all night long, but that was a pleasant surprise. The facility seems a bit dated and some couch pillows were ripped.

The hotel is nice but needs upgrades. The carpets were stained and loose with rolls and the ceilings and walls needed paint fresh ups. Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.

Amazing customer service. I forgot the young lady name at the front desk today. She was very informative and professional. Thank you. Walking in this evening, the night staf were very welcoming. Thank God for the computers and printer!! My room smelled fresh and very clean. I will come back here whenever i am in Buffalo.

Coming to this hotel every few weeks for business. Everyone is so nice, helpful and wonderful. I requested room 314 if possible and it was ready for me when I arrived and even let me check in early. The man & woman taking care of the breakfast buffet working very hard are amazing. I always arrive for 4-5 day and it became my home away from home.

Room was close to elevator and noise level at front desk early morning can be heard from my room. Did not sleep at all Hotel in general smelt like weed and staff were so unfriendly never staying again
