Staff was great. Room was ok. Not undated, no refrigerator and the cable was not really cable. Very few channels. Fitted sheet kept coming 😒. It was pretty quiet but had a few inconsiderate people being loud outside the rooms. But....they dont charge for pets.

The property was very disappointing. From Vehicles in the lot on jack stands, hairs on the "clean" sheets, and roaches in the fridge, I did not want to stay in that room any longer than 30 minutes. We opted to leave the majority of our stuff in my truck rather than bringing it in as I was concerned about the cleanliness. When I realized exactly how bad the room was, I walked to the front desk and told them I was leaving and why. I will say that the staff did offer to move us to a different room, however there was no way I would let my family stay there. I was genuinely fearful for my children's safety. I found it more convenient to drive through white out conditions and thunder snow to a different hotel, rather than stay any time in this hotel. Thankfully for my family we made the decision to leave as we were snowed into our next hotel for 2 nights. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Will be filing a complaint with expedia for a refund, or with my credit card company if it comes to that.

The room was so dirty we had to clean it when we got there, the floor was sticky. There were stains on the sheets. We had to get towels because there were barely any in the room and there were 3 of us. We stayed in the further part and the only ice machine was by the front office. Would not stay there again.

Clean room that looked as if it had been remodeled recently. My only complaint would be they should replace the fullsuze beds with queen size. Full is just too small for 2 to sleep in.

Some of the lights in the room weren’t working. Couldn’t get television to play anything and there isn’t a phone in the room to quickly reach a manager. I called 3 times after retrieving phone number from a Google search and no one answered. I called a 4th time and the hotel clerk informed me that I had to take a few steps before i can watch television. The heating unit was complicated to use. The good things were the following: Location (near thruway and plenty of restaurants), Area is safe, and was clean.

The room smelled awful. The floor was sticky, this morning, I killed bugs in the sink area. LOW toilet seats WITHOUT adequate railings to help these two seniors off the toilet. We were disgusted, don’t know if we’ll stay there, again. This is our go-to motel because of the location close to ROSWELL PARK COMPREHENSIVE CANCER CENTER😡

We were not happy staying at this hotel. Bed sheets were not clean. Someone had urinated close to our room. The bathroom, though functional, looked worn down. There was no paper tissue in the room. The air duct out of the A/C had dust ball accumulation.

The hotel rooms are not the cleanest. Floors are a bit sticky. The hotel staff was helpful, however if you wanted extra towels you had to follow them to where the towels are and then make sure YOU bring the dirty ones back to where they belong. I don't think you the person paying for the hotel should be you responsibility to do this.

It’s a good thing we brought our own sheets, blankets and pillowcases because the sheets and blankets were stained and dirty. However, the rest of the room and the bathroom were clean. The staff were very nice as well.

Prices are based on how much they think they can charge you. The road sign says less than half the actual price. They claim the sign has been broken for months and they can not turn it off. I was charged more than twice the advertised price. Thieves!

unfortunately Sign board is not working for long time, every day is a different price. you must have been told the price before checking inn if you think its high then don't take it simple

The bathroom wasn’t clean with chipped paint on floor, it wasn’t dark enough in the room with the darkening curtains. The atmosphere outside of the room was creepy. Men with their doors wide open half dressed, another group of men were tailgating and just stared at us as we walked to our room.

Room was very small, supposed to be non-smoking but smelt like cigarettes. No fridge in the room, very minimal space in bathroom. Expected more for the price we paid.
