“Great staff! Excellent stay!!!”
This is the second time I have stayed at this specific Ramada, the last time I stayed here was exactly there years prior to this. My husband and I came down from Toronto with a couple of friends for a weekend of shopping and this was an excellent place to stay for the night.
The hotel is well kept and accommodations are comfy. We requested extra towels and pillows and the front desk attendant had them up to our room within minutes. The beds were extremely comfy and the rooms spacious. I believe the gentleman who checked us in was Mike, and he was so friendly and helpful, as were all of the other staff we encountered; a true delightful and freshing change from some of the other hotels I we have stayed in.
The location is a tad bit out of the way and seems even more out of the way if you get there after dark; however, seeing that we have stayed in many other hotels in the Amherst/Tonawanda area over the years, it's worth the extra 5 minutes or so to drive to this one.
We will definitely be returning at some point in the future. Thank you kindly for a wonderful experience!!
Area recommendations
Niagara Fals Blvd - ample shopping can be completed all without having to drive from one place to another. Target, Michaels, Burlington Coat Factory, Fashion Bug, Carter's, The Chirstmas Tree Store, Best Buy, Dollar Tree, Joanne's, Walmart, Old Navy and so much more are all within one block!

Must do: The Cheesecake Factory at the Walden Galleria!
Tips: Go to the restaurant at least 2 hrs in advance to check the wait time and put your name on the list. The wait time is usually anyway from 45 minutes to two hours so this way you're not starving by the time they are ready to seat you and you can get some shopping done in the meantime.
