“very happy”

we thought we would have to get a taxi to take us to the train station, but no they dropped us off and gave us a number to call when we get back so they can pick us up. Saved us some money!!!!

Rooms need sound proofing - hotel ran out of pillows, beds somewhat uncomfortable. Carpets stained. Service however, was friendly despite the noise issues as a result of a hockey tournament. Location convenient to Walden Galleria.

“Nice location”

We've made reservations a few months ago but a few days prior to our stay, Expedia had called us to inform that the hotel we booked was having problems..Expedia assisted us in looking for alternate hotels. What they booked us for, turned out to be better 'coz it was just beside the mall since shopping was our main goal during our stay there. I was frantic at first but expedia made the experience much better! The one comment i have about the hotel though is that they have very thin walls, you can hear people talking from the other side of the room... also, I was surprised to see waiters serving you on your table for breakfast. It's a money waster to pay for someone when all one orders is the same thing - breakfast menu.

“Best Staff”

Overall the condition of the hotel could use a face lift. The bathrooms, especially the tub area was needing maintenance. I can't praise the staff enough, they were all so courteous and helpful. This hotel definitely has their staffing right!

“Close to airport”

The condition of the room wasn't as good as I expected, the hotel is a little old. The restaurant on-site isn't open on Sunday (and some other days), however there is a large shopping centre with movies just next door, and several other restaurants across the road. Close to the airport if you are only going to Niagara Falls for a day. We stayed here two nights either side of travelling to Niagara Falls.
